I have the shark… maybe it’s just called shark clean and empty? With the rubber fins. I have not had to open it up to cut fur off the fins ONCE IN A FULL YEAR. Life changing. I have the one with auto empty. I use a corded for a weekly clean because obv a cordless can’t clean as well, but I’m so sold on this specific cordless shark. I have long hair and my husky has long hair, and I can’t believe it hasn’t tangled.
Buy a second battery at the same time (removable and replaceable battery!!!), because it’s the first part that will go for any cordless vac, but mine is still good one year in. You know they'll stop making it eventually though. I will hunt for a link to add here soon so you know the specific one I’m talking about

Shark Clean & Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum is amazing with golden hair. I vacuum every day and the auto-emptying feature is the best. The hair doesn’t clog!
I got a shark cordless vacuum clean and empty and i will never in my life have a corded vacuum ever again lol i use mine almost everyday. It lasts for 50 mins and it’s plenty of time for my house. I also use it for my car and couch.
Avoid the sharks, they require a lot of maintainence.
The self empty shark in particular has a grand total of 6 filters which need cleaning regularly, 3 in the vac and 3 in the dock. The dock does not clean the filters in the vac. Far from saving you work, it creates an entirely different headache.
Best one there is probably the v10 if you absolutely must buy from Costco.
