This is exactly what I have and it’s lasted for years! We incidentally have two of them because my husband had the same vacuum when the dog and I moved in with him. Mine was relegated to car vacuum duty because it’s so beat up but it’s no less effective at fluff busting than the one in the house. Definitely recommend this one.

I've had this vacuum for what feels like at least a decade now. It is ridiculous picking up the hair. Makes me cringe with how much it picks up, especially as someone who is allergic to cats and dogs LOL I know there's hair all over our house but what it manages to pull out is shocking "Shark Navigator Lift-Away Lightweight Bagless Corded HEPA Filter Portable Upright Vacuum Cleaner for Multi-Surface in Purple"

I bought a shark when they first brought out that purple nv model navigator. 5 years in, I upgraded to the nv800 shark rotator ( red and white one) donated the purple to my mother and it's been going strong for about 15 years. She adores it and it cleans the carpet like the day I bought it. The shark rotator I still own , is 10 years old and runs absolutely perfectly. Can not fault these models, built to last. Cleans carpets like no other vacuum IMO

I hope i dont get crucified here but I purchased a Shark ADV Lift away vacuum from Costco for $320. The ADV version is apparently better. I have super super plush carpets and any vacuum I tried always struggled. I took extra carpet to try out miele and even that one got kind of stuck on the carpet. The Shark glides on it even on max suction. I had to empty the canister like 6 or 7 times in a 2400sqft house where I've lived for only a year. Weekly vacuums. Stairs. All of it. It felt gross knowing how bad my carpets were with my last vacuum. The stairs are carpeted and work very well with the power pet attachment I can't speak for longevity. I'll update you in 5 years My goal is a Sebo 4 which is $1300 new. Used is about 1/4 - 1/3 of that price but the warranty makes up for the cost difference

I love, love, love my Shark. I bought it because it claimed that the roller brush was self cleaning and it's true. No hair ever, ever has gotten wrapped around the roller brush in the 5+ years that I've had my Shark. My previous vacuum (not a Shark) every month I had to use scissors and/or sharp knife to cut the hair off the roller brush but never once with my Shark. I love it. Best money I ever spent and it wasn't even an expensive vacuum.

I don’t know the exact model, but we bought a Shark vacuum after going through several other brands which died quickly. The Shark has lasted for years. It’s a convertible (handheld to stick) type vacuum and it works really well!

I have the Shark Navigator with the self cleaning roller, but not the lift away version. It’s a few years old now and it’s still the best vacuum I’ve ever had and leaves no dog hair behind at all. We have carpet, hardwood, and rugs. There are settings for hard floor vs carpet and you can change the suction amount for things like rugs. And I don’t have to cut all the hair off the roller. Beats my previous Dyson Animal by a million and was nowhere near as expensive. Actually got it on sale pretty cheap! The canister is easy to dump and it’s simple to take apart to clean if needed.

I have a Shark Navigator with Self-Cleaning Brush Roll. I have long hair that gets everywhere. Have had this vacuum for 5+ years, and have never had to clean the brush. It's only about $200.

4th! Specifically the one with the self-cleaning rollers!
