My 2nd Dyson finally recently started to crap the bed. I’m just over Dyson and wanted something else. Shark looked decent so I went with it. I’ve only been using it for two months (3 kids and 3 dogs), and zero complaints. Came to this sub and was actually shocked to see the echo chamber shitting all over Shark. 🤷‍♂️

I also say shark. I got tge new one with the black light to show all the dirt and hair on the hard floors ans now I literally follow my dog around with it because I can see the trail of fur as she walks.

I bought a stick vacuum (Shark Pet Pro) because I was sick of lugging our canister vacuum up and down the stairs.

Shark detect pet pro beats Dyson equivalent hands down

Same price range, would return that and but the miele. I will say i got mine for 100$ on a liquidation website. But it beats my shark pet detect pro by a mile.

I have a Shark Pet Pro cordless stick vacuum that works well and wasn’t hugely expensive. Having a rotating brush is important for getting cat hair off the rugs. My shop vacuum doesn’t do that nearly as well as the stick vacuum.

I have a cordless Shark stick vacuum for use with pets, and it works well. It was about $200. I have no idea if it differs much from a Dyson, but it is less expensive, which makes a difference in some instances.
