Yes I’d definitely avoid cordless/bagless. They’re junk for the most part. What kind of budget are we talking? A Simplicity Jill is a great budget option if your rugs are very low pile. You can always add a wessel werk TK286 if you need more cleaning power for the rugs. Check out a Miele C1 pure suction or turbo team as well.

Yep - simplicity Jill, and there is extra budget left over for the wessel werk turbo attachment if you need better agitation on your rugs.

Yep you’re on the right track. If you can get the carpet out first, you could do a simplicity Jill (it’s better built than the mighty mite) neither of these will do carpet well. Or if not grab a Kenmore 200/400 series.

IMO yes return it. You have 100% hard floors? No rugs? In that same budget Grab a simplicity Jill. It will do blinds and baseboards better than an upright. Plus it has no brushroll for debris to get caught on. Which is ideal for 100% hard floors and fur.

Miele C1 pure suction. Short of that, simplicity Jill.

For your small space with no carpet, I actually would recommend the Simplicity Jill. It's essentially the same thing as a Bissell Zing, but with much higher quality accessories and HEPA filtration. We LOVE to recommend Miele here, but a Miele would honestly be overkill for your use case. I do, however, think a canister is the right form factor for your situation.

Trash all of them, none of those are good vacuums (except the Miele). Also look into the Simplicity Jill, Henry 160 and Sebo K2.

Then the Jill is a great pick!

If you have hardfloors, you don't want a brushroll at all. Look into the Simplicity Jill, it will handle your home much better. Pair it with a TK286 turbo brush for your carpet, assuming it's not too thick.

1. Bagless is a mistake 2. Cheap bagless is foolish 3. You can get a great bagged vac with Simplicity starting at 169 for the Jill Or 269 EZM60 Bagless vacuums are not BFL.

A Miele C1 is excellent, but a Simplicity Jill and upgrading floor head to a Wessel Werk RD285 Designation is a crazy good value. It’s not going to be as quiet or maneuver quite as nice as the Miele, but yah if you want to save some cash it’s a great setup for your home.

None. They’ll all do fine at first but you’ll have the same cat litter issue if you’re using a roller. Get a simplicity Jill. It’ll work better and last longer and it’s under 200.

Since you have all hard floors and rug that needs to vacuumed without a beater bar a canister vacuum would do well. It will clean both and not damage the rug. A Simplicity Jill $179 is a good canister vacuum. The Bissell Zing Bagged $79 is a cheaper version of the Jill. I prefer the better hose and tools on the Jill and I think it’s worth it, but the Zing is one of the cheapest options. I really like the Powr-Flite Newton $169. This is a canister vacuum that is a copy-cat of Henry vacuums. It is powerful but quiet. It comes with 1 less tool than the Jill but you get a longer cord and it uses bigger bags. I’d choose the Newton because it’s quieter.

r/VacuumCleanersBest stick vacuums with strong suction that last a long time?

Most cordless stick vacuums under $200 have very cheap batteries that wear out quickly. A corded and bagged vacuum will be more powerful and more durable. The Kenmore Intuition $150-180 is a small upright vacuum with hepa bags. It's as narrow as a stick vacuum but it can stand up and has a hose and tools. Very lightweight and good performance for the price. Downsides are it isn't as durable as some of the other bagged vacuums. The Simplicity Jill $179 is a small canister vacuum with hepa bags. It has strong suction and the simple design with less moving parts makes it last longer than uprights that cost the same price. It comes with an average combo floor tool for both hard floors and rugs and 3 accessory tools. Downsides are many people do not like having to pull a canister behind them. Simplicity Spiffy S60 $129 is a small corded stick vacuum that's bagless. One of the few bagless vacuums I recommend the Spiffy is a small stick vacuum that cleans hard floors and rugs. It has strong suction. It's darn simple and easy to use. The 30 ft. cord is way longer than most stick vacuum cords. Downsides are that it has no hose, and you need to regularly clean the filters because it's bagless.

r/VacuumCleanersZynara brand good to purchase??

I could not find any Zynara vacuums but I believe you are talking about mattress vacuums. These are small bagless corded vacuums for mattresses, furniture, and stairs. They have a spinning brushroll and many tout UV sterilization and hot air sanitization to kill bacteria and pests. The UV and hot air are lies. UV and heat needs to stay over the same spot for a long time to kill bacteria and pests. In normal vacuuming you barely hold the vacuum over the same spot for 1 second. UV needs hours depending on the size and power of the UV. Same with heat it needs time and intensity to kill stuff. But the hot air can help freshen the fabric. The spinning brushroll helps remove hair and beat dust out of fabrics. So a powerhed brusholl is helpful and a brushroll powered by a motor is stronger than a brushroll powered by a turbo fan which is a turbo brush. Overall, I find mattress vacuums a waste of money. You get a small corded vacuum with UV and heat which don't do what they promise. It's bagless which means you must empty the cup and wash the filter frequently. I would much prefer a canister vacuum with a hepa bag and a good upholstery brush. A canister vacuum will have a hose and wand. Moving a hose and tool accross fabric is much lighther and more manueverable that moving an entire handheld vacuum. The hepa bag lasts 2-3 months and there are no filters to wash. I like upholstery brushes because they are slim and light but many people like turbo brushes because they help remove hair and beat the fabric. A small canister vacuum like a Simplicity Jill can clean upholstery but also has more uses, hard floors, car interiors, etc. However, if you really want a mattress vacuum for the size and dedicated function, look for one with a large dirt cup and an easy-to-clean filter and design. The hepa filter is important. The UV and heat are not.

No, but longer than you think. I had a Kirby salesman come by once, he did get some dirt behind the Simplicity canister I'd been using - but then my old Kirby got dirt behind his. Not a lot, but some.
