Simplicity is the way to go, I just got the Scout Plus and it’s a beast on carpet and wood.
r/VacuumCleaners • Which Shark vacuum should I buy? ->I can't speak to what it's like dealing with the manufacturer in terms of warranty unfortunately. You could also look at getting a refurbished unit that's from pre 2016. Alot of vacuum stores carry them. Something else you might want to look at is a simplicity scout plus. Their customer service is great - I can speak to that personally. They're in the $500 range .
