Tineco is the top *budget* pick. The top pick is Dyson v12 with two other brands above the budget pick. I mean I have a Tineco too, but it’s nowhere near a Dyson.
r/CleaningTips • Vacuuming my house every day has changed my life ! 💝 ->This is the budget wirecutter recommendation: https://www.walmart.com/ip/6195650771?sid=c3c8e6d3-ba29-4cae-a4a5-5ade4c99ca08
r/CleaningTips • Vacuuming my house every day has changed my life ! 💝 ->Probably not a popular brand on this sub for inexplicable reasons, but I highly recommend Tineco — look at the A30S — for your application.
r/VacuumCleaners • Europe - cordless for hardwood recommendations? ->Yes, as it looks like you are referring to stick vacuums. I got a refurbished V8 about 12 years ago. The battery started to crap out after five years, so I got a Tineco. I moved the Dyson to my second floor for quick jobs and kept the Tineco on the main floor for daily work (between wood kitchen floor, rugs and carpeted living/dining room). Then I realized I could replace the V8 battery. It came back to life and I was reminded how well it worked. I had to replace the Tineco battery after one year and then when it was dying again the second year, I gave up on it and got a new Dyson V15. It is awesome and worth every expensive penny. I have a Sebo canister vacuum as a "deep clean", but I have been underwhelmed with it. My two Dyson sticks do a great job and I vacuum pretty much everyday. I spent $200 on the Tineco that lasted two years and I hated it. I spent $200 on my 12yo V8 and replaced the battery once. I spent $700 on my new V15 and plan to have it last just as long as my V8 (which is still going strong). (Oh, I also should mention I don't have pets, but I have long hair and so does my daughter. The V15 is noticeably great at staying unclogged with wrapped up hair.)
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums worth it? ->I had two Tineco’s and really liked them. Unfortunately, they both broke. I recently got a Riccar stick vacuum. I’m very impressed with the build and suction. It’s a bit heavier. The battery just pops out to recharge or you can recharge on its stand. It’s pricier than Tineco, $400, but I think it will last a lot longer.
r/CleaningTips • Vacuuming my house every day has changed my life ! 💝 ->Tineco in my experience is no better quality that shark.
r/VacuumCleaners • Best Stick vacuums ->I love my Tineco stick vac (higher rated than the Dyson by the NYT Wirecutter) and so does my son and DIL, to whom I gifted one. However, another son is ready to fight us over the supremacy (so he says) of his Dyson. So both are great.
r/CleaningTips • Vacuuming my house every day has changed my life ! 💝 ->Same. I adored my Dyson but it was useless when it came to dog hair (labrador). I too bought a very cumbersome, corded Bissell, but my goodness, the stuff it sucks up - AFTER using the Dyson - it's insane. I bought a Tineco stick vacuum to replace my Dyson (still have the Bissell), and it's a million times better than the Dyson.
r/labrador • good vacuums for dog hair ->Tineco! I freaking love mine for a stick vac
r/CatAdvice • Can someone recommend me some a good vacuum to buy that can actually handle my 3 cats hair?! ->Yep Sebo Felix for good normal vacuuming, and a little cordless Tineco for quick stuff. Both have been incredible and would recommend them for sure
r/VacuumCleaners • Alternatives to Dyson ->I use a Tineco. No dogs with me but my own long hair sheds and litters the carpets. My vacuum is 5 years old, no issues, cleaning it is so easy. It is the purple one and cost like $120 at the time.
r/Apartmentliving • What cordless vacuum cleaners have y'all had good luck with? ->I run a little restaurant/drinks shop and need a long-lasting vacuum for daily end-of-day clean up. Recently bought the cordless Tineco but after a few months realized this was a mistake... Don't want to make the same mistake again so I did a little more research and is now deciding between the Miele C3 Bagged Canister or the SEBO Canister Vacuums. Does anyone know which would be better? Or if there is a completely different recommendation for my use-case? Also not sure what model of SEBO to get either (K, E, D - 1/2/3). Budget: $1000 or less. Hardwood floors Thanks!
r/VacuumCleaners • Vacuum Recommendation ->Lot's of hair and dirt. Things that people track in from the outside. Issues right now with the tineco, it gets clogged too quickly or the suction is not powerful anymore. After vacuuming and releasing the trigger, a lot of the debris in the shaft of the vacuum falls out of the head (I guess it can't make its way into the debris collector). Also, recently smelling a slight burning smell when running. I assume because it is used everyday the motor just isn't built for it.
r/VacuumCleaners • Vacuum Recommendation ->I agree with you, but unfortunately if you go into these specific types of subs about certain products you will only ever get recommendations of the best of the best product and never a “good enough for the average person” recommendation. It’s very all or nothing because the people who take their time to post in these groups are very passionate about this niche topic, it’s a hobby to them so it makes sense that they think this way. Honestly my $100 Tineco has been great for my carpetless 1 bedroom apartment and I’m also very glad I didn’t go for an experience, clunky corded vacuum. Not that they wouldn’t have been great, but it wouldn’t have suited my needs.
r/VacuumCleaners • Cordless Stick Vacuums are perfect for most people. ->I have 2 cordless vacuums both work ok on hardwood floors and are terrible on carpets, Dyson v10 and a tineco, Dyson was $700 and is in my kitchen Cdn and the Tineco was $100 and is in my basement. When my Dyson dies I’ll replace with a cheap vacuum like the Tineco to supplement my Sebo.
r/VacuumCleaners • Ive been trying to find a vacuum, I scoured the sub for hours. Conclusion? r/VacuumCleaners hate vacuum cleaners and apparently i should just buy a broom. ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
