Yep Sebo Felix for good normal vacuuming, and a little cordless Tineco for quick stuff. Both have been incredible and would recommend them for sure
r/VacuumCleaners • Alternatives to Dyson ->I use a Tineco. No dogs with me but my own long hair sheds and litters the carpets. My vacuum is 5 years old, no issues, cleaning it is so easy. It is the purple one and cost like $120 at the time.
r/Apartmentliving • What cordless vacuum cleaners have y'all had good luck with? ->I’m in sort of of the same boat. My wife trains service dogs and we have 5 dogs (and 3 kids) in the house. Also, because 5 dogs, my back yard is a mud farm and everything is coated in a layer of dirt. We have a tinneco pure 1 (it’s a stick vacuum with a base compartment). We vacuum the main part of the house where the dogs are (living room, laundry, entry, kitchen dining room). The living room really is the place we vacuum, 3-4 times a day but everything listed gets hit at least once a day (maybe twice in rainy days). We decided that making vacuuming convenient was more important than doing it super well (cause let’s face it, it’s gonna be dirty again in 5 minutes) and reliability took a back seat to convenience. So for us convenience > reliability > performance. We didn’t think ANY vacuum would make our floors 100% clean, so we didn’t try. Just get them 80% and but clean often. Then we mop probably every day or every other day…..(why do we have this many dogs again?) THEN we keep a corded shark in the basement where we keep their kennels. The shark is 5 years old and it sucks up everything but it’s heavy, so it stays in the basement) we also use this one to vacuum their kennels. We found that doing some work on our yard and cleaning the dogs as they come in, helped a ton. We still haven’t found a great solution yet. I rambled a lot. If you have any questions or suggestions for us. Let me know.
r/VacuumCleaners • Best Vacuum for a Stupid Amount of Dog Hair ->If cordless is what you’ll actually use, Tineco might be worth a look. I’ve had okay results with their stick vacs on both carpet and hard floors, and the bin is easy enough to clean. Not perfect, but it’s been practical for regular use.
r/VacuumCleaners • The best vacuum is the one you'll use ->I agree with you, but unfortunately if you go into these specific types of subs about certain products you will only ever get recommendations of the best of the best product and never a “good enough for the average person” recommendation. It’s very all or nothing because the people who take their time to post in these groups are very passionate about this niche topic, it’s a hobby to them so it makes sense that they think this way. Honestly my $100 Tineco has been great for my carpetless 1 bedroom apartment and I’m also very glad I didn’t go for an experience, clunky corded vacuum. Not that they wouldn’t have been great, but it wouldn’t have suited my needs.
r/VacuumCleaners • Cordless Stick Vacuums are perfect for most people. ->I'm using Tineco Pure One, an affordable option for daily usage. I also have a corded Miele C3 for stronger suction. Miele is definitely where quality is at.
r/askSingapore • What vacuum cleaners are you using? ->Tineco S11, check consumer reports for the latest updates, I like mine alot!
r/VacuumCleaners • Alternatives to Dyson ->Yes, as it looks like you are referring to stick vacuums. I got a refurbished V8 about 12 years ago. The battery started to crap out after five years, so I got a Tineco. I moved the Dyson to my second floor for quick jobs and kept the Tineco on the main floor for daily work (between wood kitchen floor, rugs and carpeted living/dining room). Then I realized I could replace the V8 battery. It came back to life and I was reminded how well it worked. I had to replace the Tineco battery after one year and then when it was dying again the second year, I gave up on it and got a new Dyson V15. It is awesome and worth every expensive penny. I have a Sebo canister vacuum as a "deep clean", but I have been underwhelmed with it. My two Dyson sticks do a great job and I vacuum pretty much everyday. I spent $200 on the Tineco that lasted two years and I hated it. I spent $200 on my 12yo V8 and replaced the battery once. I spent $700 on my new V15 and plan to have it last just as long as my V8 (which is still going strong). (Oh, I also should mention I don't have pets, but I have long hair and so does my daughter. The V15 is noticeably great at staying unclogged with wrapped up hair.)
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums worth it? ->I had two Tineco’s and really liked them. Unfortunately, they both broke. I recently got a Riccar stick vacuum. I’m very impressed with the build and suction. It’s a bit heavier. The battery just pops out to recharge or you can recharge on its stand. It’s pricier than Tineco, $400, but I think it will last a lot longer.
r/CleaningTips • Vacuuming my house every day has changed my life ! 💝 ->Tineco in my experience is no better quality that shark.
r/VacuumCleaners • Best Stick vacuums ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
