Vacmaster has been bulletproof over the titan one I had. Its an L rated too. Taken a beating on going back to brick in the house and still going strong

Neither. I got two cats and a Vacmaster. Does everything a Henry can do and it's both wet and dry. It can also unblock plugholes. It's also cheaper. I got mine for £70 from Argos.

V10 owner here too. I agree with everything you said. I use my V10 as a quick once over, but have to often pick up bigger items or follow it up with a brush to get the large bits. The V10 clearly picks up a lot of dust and dirt, but compared to my vacmaster shop vac it's pathetic. For big jobs the chorded vacmaster comes out, but it's a hassle and so loud I can't hoover when the kids are in bed, so the V10 still retains a place in my home.
