Anker - B600 Video Bar (A3383)

I use the Ankerwork B600 but not sure if it is still being sold... Manufacturer shows it as 'sold out' It is an incredible device even though 'the specs' are not as high as others... You may be able to find one on the second hand market, I was able to get a second one for my family through Amazon like a year ago... It would be worth the search if you are successful... Best of luck

I have an Anker 2K webcam. Works fine for zoom meetings and for the times that I’ve streamed. Was less than 70 bucks IIRC. Even has some kind of low light feature that makes it look like I have a light on when I’m sitting in a dark room with only my tv on.

Anker powerconf is awesome, don’t remember my model but it’s 2K and 50$, very attractive and portable camera too if you care about form factor Sure you can spend 20/30 on something passable but spend a pinch more and get something actually nice like what I said

Have a 2K Anker as well - have been very pleased with it.

I’m telehealth and on camera with patients all the live long day. I don’t need fancy expensive lighting set ups, but I do want to appear approachable and clear to the patients with whom I speak. I use the Anker 2K mentioned above and a pretty basic clip on temperature adjustable light no ring light no microphone on a boom. Pretty simple, but definitely clear.

I've been using a logitech c920 for maybe 10 years - it doesn't handle a bright window directly behind me very well but nothing really does. In all other circumstances it's fine. I needed another webcam a few years ago for a new office desk in the spare room, so I bought another the same. Window's in front of me there but it doesn't care if I'm in bright light or it's dark and the blind is down with the normal overhead yellowy light on. A few months ago my other half wanted a webcam so I bought a new Anker 2k one and gave her my old logitech one - the Anker is pretty much identical on a call to the logitech, I just get a privacy shutter now as well. I've never had a ring light or anything else and don't intend to. I spend quite a bit of time on calls with camera on and have never had a comment about camera quality. Bear in mind Teams, Zoom, and all the others compress the video as they send it so the pic on the other end isn't going to be amazing no matter what you do. Then you're often going to be one of 3, 4, or more pictures on someone's screen so the recipient of your video won't see it as any different to anyone else's.
