The autofocus going crazy is usually lens motor failing from heat stress or cheap actuators wearing out. quality control matters a lot here. been using emeet for about 10 months now and autofocus still locks instantly, seems like they use more durable components than logitech's budget line
Yes, just get the option that comes with the tripod. It's the one i have.
I just bought the one they recommended in all the materials. It comes on a stand and I just didn’t have to worry about trying to find one.
That’s my recommendation. I was starting to give myself a headache over what to get and doubting myself. I thought, this isn’t worth it. Purchased it and haven’t had any issues with my proctored exams.
kreo quality is hit or miss from what ive seen. emeet c960 does 1080p 30fps and image quality is solid for streaming, been using it for a while no issues. not 60fps but honestly for streaming 30fps looks fine unless youre doing fast motion content. reliable and in budget range
Just to let you know, This camera worked for me. Good budget camera, and it plugs directly into the dock, so you don't have to plug it into the top of the switch every time. I just got this camera and it is a blurry mess out past a couple feet.
I just got one and mine looks terrible. Everything past a couple feet is blurry
had similar frustration with my old logitech, looked fine on paper but vods always came out soft and noisy especially with any backlight. switched to emeet c960 honestly just to test something cheaper while i figured out if mirrorless was worth it. surprised me tbh, the auto exposure handles my lighting better than the logitech did and vod quality is cleaner than expected for the price
Had similar issue with c920 overheating. problem is most webcams use compression chips that generate ton of heat during encoding. better models have dedicated hardware encoding with proper heat sinks. emeet could be using better thermal architecture cause mine runs cool even during 8hr work days
Had the same struggle a while back lol too many options on amazon. ended up going with emeet c960 and honestly no regrets, picture quality is solid for streaming and it doesnt cost a fortune. autofocus works decent and low light is better than expected tbh. been using it for like 5 months now no issues
I use an emeet c960 for vtubing and tracking works great with vtube studio, no face losing issues like i had with my old laptop cam. solid pick for that budget honestly.
