What webcams are people using for their MacMini Setups? What do you like about it? I was searching webcams and came across The EMEET Piko Plus. Anyone ever try their products? I purchased a EMEET Piko Plus to try it out on amazon. Will try it out when it arrives. I also ordered a monitor mount for it. What others do you suggest that might be better? I wanted to give an update on the Piko Plus. I have to say the camera for the price is amazing! With the Mac you just plug it in, and it works automatically. The picture on it is crystal clear. I highly recommend it!

I got an Emeet Piko+ and I love it. I'm not a camera expert but it's really impressive for me and has fabulous autofocus

I bought the FCP about 6 months ago and love it. Yes, it produces a somewhat grainy image in low light, but what camera doesn't? I am new to streaming/video producing, but not to photography. The image quality in normal lighting is very good, and I think the features through the Camera Hub software are great. For a second POV, I use an inexpensive Emeet 4K webcam. Changing filter might be nice, but so far unnecessary. The Facecam 4K might do the trick at a lower cost, but I don't have a side-by-side comparison. I have no regrets with the FCP.

There are several quality webcams that look as good as regular cameras these days. Elgato Facecam Pro and Facecam MK2. Osbots line of cameras. Insta 360s line of cameras. And on a budget, even the EMEET 4K camera. I was using a Canon SL2's and moved to Elgato cameras and the quality is good with zero complaints from viewers. And the software for webcams is easier and faster to make adjustments on than it is for DSLR/Mirrorless cameras in many cases. So, I'd say if you're mostly filming from your deck or some stationary situation, a high quality webcam will more than take care of your needs.
