I have the Insta360 Link 2 and it looks great, even better than my old Elgato Facecam Pro that I ended up selling.
Razer Kiyo Ultra Pro if you wanna spend the $$$ Insta360 Link 2 is probably the best webcam for the money and full of software features.

I'm currently using Insta360 Link 2. It's worth the price naman. Quality is great, especially with 4K. As for the low light, it handles well naman. Tho you would need some sort of front lighting pa rin for better quality. To answer some of your questions, 4K is not worth it sa streaming in my opinion. It just increases the sharpness/crispness ng feed pero not needed naman ang 4K. You can do 1080p30 nga eh. I wouldn't recommend a DSLR with cam link, kasi baka mas madali masira yung DSLR mo since laging nakataas yung mirror box nya. I would recommend the cam link if mirrorless yung gamit mo.
I just got the Insta360 Link2 - https://a.co/d/2fGAxJQ It's pretty great. Very nice picture quality otb, and the tracking is just a bonus honestly. Highly suggest it if you're okay with the price.
OBSbot Tiny 4k and Insta360 Link 2 are great, i have the first Link.
if youre gonna full screen your face i'd go with a DLSR or mirrorless, but for regular gaming with your face on the bottom corner, i'd just get an Insta360 Link 2 or OBSBot Tiny 2. My Link works great for streaming.
OBSbot Meet 2 or the Insta360 Link 2. Both are around the same price, something like $120-130, and both look especially good for webcams. I would probably stay away from getting a mirrorless or dslr unless you plan on using it as something other than a dedicated streaming camera as well. I have an old a5100 that I use, but I bought it for photography first and just happen to use it as a stream camera. Even used on MPB, just the body for an a5100 is still $300 or so. Then you tack on a lens, capture card, etc. it starts to get real pricey to justify buying one exclusively for streaming unless you’re someone that draws in a ton of viewers.
No considering how good some Webcam like the insta 360 link 2 are, also having to disconnect the dummy battery and hdmi each time you want to use it is a bit of a pain. It only makes sense if you have an old camera you are not longer using or you absolutely need the shallow depth of field look.
the insta 360 ai/link 2 is dog meat. It’s constant software issues and have to fix things. I returned mine lol
