Logitech C270 is great. However, if you're worried about the cost, you could always tell your mentor, and they can refer you to the correct services – I know some people have gotten laptops, webcams, etc. if they're unable to finance it on their own.

With that budget the best webcam to get is the Logitech C270. This has been our workhorse during pandemic and up until now gamit parin ng kids ko.. I have 3 of these. For the price, you really can’t go wrong — it’s simple, durable, has good video quality, and comes with a very good built-in mic that picks up voice clearly.

If you are fine with 720p streaming then, C270. Sadly there are no privacy shutter options.

Logitech C270 HD is plenty to start with. 

Depends on your use-case. Kung pang meetings lng just get a cheap one like a logitech c270 or something. Wag ka mgGood Quality for meetings dahil mas kita mga imperfections mo. Kaya ngdowngrade ako from a red dragon hitman. Mas kita mga pimples ko doon. 😆

the upgrade of the brio over the c720 is def worth the 7 dollars. especially with bigger screens, 1080p is the new minimum.
