I got a Logitech C922, its a 1080P webcam and ive never felt the need to swap it out, it works great and the quality is more than youll need. Its around $180(CA) for a new one on amazon but its on sale for $110(CA) rn on amazon. Its crazy cause when I bought mine at best buy like 3 years ago, it was $120, so the demand alone should tell you how good these are for the price. Also, if you want a nice microphone. Get the fifine AM8, its around $90(CA) that has a better quality than most $200mics, its a USB and an XLR setup if you have one. Highly recommend. As far as 4K, even if you could, its not worth it. You could have the best internet in the world and it wouldnt be able to support it. Youll also be spending top dollar on 4K quality.
