A Logitech c922 is the easiest solution. It doesn't include any movement or a crazy wide FOV or any fancy features. But it would be the easiest solution, in my opinion. Best Buy or Walmart sells them and its an easy USB setup. Personally, a few months ago, I bought this on eBay: Logitech 860-000504 Video Conference Camera w/ V-U0033 System Hub And Cables The Logitech 860 and similar conference cams have the features you want. Movement, zoom, etc. They're really neat. They are kind of a headache to set up though, but they're fairly cheap used and they work really well once they're set up and working depending on your use case and what programs you want it to interact with. BUT for one of these Logi conference cams, you'll need BOTH the camera AND a (system hub OR a USB power cable for the camera) (either option as well as the camera). The camera itself doesn't plugin into the machine, it needs the system hub or a proprietary USB power cable. Again, you can probably find them on eBay if that interests you. Best of luck!
