I use a obsbot 2 that has tracking bc I like low lighting rooms and the obs bot does fuxking amazing with almost no lights it also don't do that grainy look from light gain / auto exposure so it looks super clean with just 1 lamp in the corner of the room

I'm using the OBS Tiny2 with remote control, streaming through OBSbot. A pricier camera but great quality and easy to use. Before I used to stream with NexiGo N950P. As long as your camera specs are for 1080P streaming, have built in mic and remote for changing angle you'll be fine. You can use 4K but most streaming sites allow up to 1080P, anything higher there can be some delays or stream issues for your viewers if they don't have a fast enough connection.

OBSBOT! [https://www.obsbot.com](https://www.obsbot.com) 4k and has AI focus and following. I have both the Tiny and Tiny lite, honestly there isn't much of a difference, but the tiny lite is like 150 and the tiny is 299. Great cameras imo

Seeing the model you come from, I would tell you to buy more equipment to have more mobility options not depending only on that support you have on the pc, it is not bad camera and worth investing in accessories If you plan to upgrade, I would look without doubt from my experience, OBSbot devices, they work really well and allow you to really take advantage of their initial cost If you were coming from a lower model I would tell you to look at something like the OBSbot Tiny 2 to start, but as it is not your case, I recommend you look at the OBSbot Tail Air, or the new model OBSbot Tail Air 2 I would completely discard Logitech, Razer and similar, value what they cost and what they offer you in terms of mobility, integration and functionality

Hey, you are likely paying extra because you are buying a webcam. A lot of shit products are overpriced, just because they are a "webcam". The situation is similar to gaming chairs. If you look into cheap, affordable 4k 60 FPS action cameras + a no-name, no brand, nothing desktop arm, you will find that you are probably getting a better sensor, better image quality, better auto-focus. Most of them can be used as a webcam with no battery in, just plug in an USB cable. If you insist on buying a webcam specifically for streaming/recording purposes, I would probably get an OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite. About 160 USD on amazon I think, lower when there is a deal up. The software is insanely better than most Logitech/etc. brand software, and in general its a really good tool for its price, especially the whole moving/zone tracking thing. I'm sure there are extensive tests on YT if you just type its name itn.

Do NOT get the Brio. It's laggy as soon as you take off auto exposure. Multiple people in my group of friend streamers have said this and I have too. Definitely would recommend the OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite best bang for your buck and it's a sort of PTZ with Ai tracking. It's been an absolute dream while pairing it with Nvidia broadcast's no background tool

I had the same issue, got myself a new webcam with Auto tracking. There are a few camera options on the market that can track you, I opted for the [OBSbot tiny 2 lite](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQL51JbQMFM) which does the job just fine. I have saved presets for sitting/standing, and keyboard shortcuts to turn on/off tracking mode while in the process of sitting down & standing up so there's very little juddering in between.

I don't know about the tiny 2 lite but I have the tiny 2 and I can't sing its praises enough. I was using a Logitech brio before and even the picture quality is so significantly better. I will probably never get another webcam. It's amazing

The brio is very nice, but the quality of the tiny 2 and all the features is amazing. Like you can have 3 preset angles. So I have one for sitting in my chair, one for standing up, and one to show my PC tower. It also has AI tracking so if you're up and walking around it can follow you. It also has voice or gesture based commands, like zooming in and out and all sorts of stuff. I personally just have buttons on my stream deck, but if I'm up and walking around I can use the voice or gesture commands. It's just REALLY nice. I've live streamed for over 10 years now and I've never enjoyed a webcam more.

As long as it's within the field of motion of the tiny 2, yes! Mine is too high up on my desk for this so I keep a Logitech c920 under my desk for pup cam. You can look up videos to see how far of a range of motion they have and see if it will work for you!

I have a logitech c920 atm (picked it up for $10 of FB marketplace years ago) its been a decent cam for the price I got it for. I have been considering the obsbot tiny 2 lite, looks like very good quality for a webcam and the fact that it can pan, tilt and zoom is an added bonus I could see myself using often.

I’ve used Logitech, so I know it can be underwhelming for brown skin. Lovense webcam has great quality—no washed-out look, zero blemishes, though make sure your computer can handle it since there can be some lag. I always get compliments on my skin. OSBot Lite’s solid, comes with a remote, and OSBot Tiny can help boost your income.

Logitech C920 is good for a start webcam. I use a Logitech Brio 4k and OBSBot Tiny. If you can find those during a good sale, they are definitely worth it. Fps shouldn't matter. People will watch you for you and the content. If you see the Elgato facecam on sale under 100 at any point that's worth it I hear.

Apple silicon macs have great cameras. Otherwise look at OBSBot Tiny series..super crisp image. If you want better, you can use your smart phone or you'd need a DSLR camera + capture card.

I have the OBS bot and I love it, got it for 99$. I've never tried the others but I don"t think you can go wrong with the elgato. One thing the OBS one has that the others don't is that you can turn it sideways to do vertical shots if you want.

Whatever you do, don’t get the brio. I’d lean towards the OBSbot. It’s the same price as the Facecam MkII, and yeah you’ll only be streaming at 1080p, but the image will be that much sharper if your face cam is ever full screen if you’re running the webcam at 4k. The downside is, it’s only 30 fps so you’ll get a lot of motion blur unless you can change the shutter speed. If all you want is 1080p60, the Mk II is a fine choice and opens up the camera hub software for you which is a great piece of software.

On sale, I’m sure it’s fine. But the OBSbot looks better in my opinion, and for the the same price as the Facecam. It’s also on sale for $10-15 off pretty often. But again, it’s just my opinion.

The brio is pretty good for its price. Make sure you get the one you have shown here if you choose brio. The newer one is honestly worse quality in terms of picture. I would not get the egato facecam unless you can get the pro, which is significantly more expensive but has insanely good picture quality for a webcam. Its almost indistinguishable from an actual DSLR. I'd say the obsbot is probably a little bit better than the brio in quality. The c922 that people are suggesting is markedly worse than any of these choices and despite what people tell you, lighting is not going to fix that. You're going to want good lighting for any camera you use.
