Try Poly Studio P5, image is great, microphone not so great for me but I have an external mic, might be enough for you. Only cons is that it has USB-A and not C. An adapter will solve it. It's certified working with Teams. What I did at the time was watching videos showing the webcam quality. That convinced me.
