This manual, but MikroTik BaseBox 2 or 5, depending on the band you want. BaseBox has the max power in range of 30dbm (1W) or 31dbm (~1.25W) which is higher than Ubiquiti rockets which have power in range of 27dbm(~500mW) to 28dbm(~630mW).
