I ain't gonna lie I got the msi radix it's $130 which is more than you have to spend on a router but I'm glad I did that thing is a fucking beast. More than 150m range, triband, stable af
I just purchased the radix axe6600 and am very happy with the performance. It depends if you have WiFi 6e compatible devices though, if you donβt have any then a wifi 6 router will probably work fine.
If you want new only then the MSI Radix AXE6600 is pretty solid if you don't mind the gamer asthetics. Seems to go for around $120-140. If you don't mind buying used I'd look for a ASUS RT-AX86U Pro. They're starting to pop up on ebay for decent prices and have good openwrt support.
For $100 or less I think you'd have to buy used. New the MSI Radix I mentioned is pretty tough to beat for its price for wired or wireless as far as I know. Only reason I can think of to buy something more expensive for home use is if you want 10Gbe, Wifi7, or some other special feature (ie. Merlin firmware runs fast with tons of mods, usually means you need a fast CPU + lots of RAM in the router).
