You haven’t said anything about WiFi but I assume you want it. I have more experience with Arris and Netgear so I’d lean toward those personally. Nighthawk CAX 80 or Surfboard G36. And I know you said you don’t want them to be separate but most people here will tell you (and for good reason) that you really are better off getting them separate. If one dies you can just replace it instead of the whole thing. You can also upgrade them individually down the line if need be. Or if you switch to fiber you’ll be able to keep your router as is. So you might consider modem and a separate wireless router.

Arris Surfboard products are actually really good, solid products. Having to reboot a product regularly is not normal. Just curious... are you running both routers at the same time? As for alternatives, I'd recommend Eero if you're looking for simpler, easy to use. If you need more complexity in the configuration, then Ubiquiti. You can get a Ubiquiti Cloud Gateway and Wifi 7 AP for less than $1k. It is more expensive though. I use both Eero and Ubiquiti.
