I've just installed a Teltonika RUTC-50. Pretty pricey but I had some serious issues with the other brands I tried first. Got 10db antenna on the roof for it. Best WiFi I found that wasn't starlink. Starlink, I've heard, is the best option, but fuck musk and fuck 80 quid a month or whatever it is! Personally I'd avoid kuma, the software for the routers is terrible, you can't use a vpn with them, constantly dropping connections, great customer service tho!

I’ve tried a few 5g routers but have not found any that are great, I’m using a Netgear NightHawk connected to my existing home network witch is as good as I’ve found but they’re not cheap. Have not come across any 5g routers with wifi 7 at all. The TP-Link 5g routers aren’t great, Teltonika are solid but not cheap because you need to get antennas and power supplies seperate for them. Not sure on the Nokia units that some carriers use for their 5g home plans but might be worth a try but they’re not wifi 7
Been looking at their 5G outdoor router. They seem to be class leading. Really good stuff. Makes UniFi’s LTE backup products look like garbage.
