What it is: It'll give you a single Wifi Network across your property. 'Wifi boosters' force you to have multiple networks to join. My TP Link Deco plugs into my router, and is my 'main' wifi network. The router still puts out a network, but nothing uses it. Other benefits - their software (apps) are great and you can whip up guest wifi networks easily, or networks for use by 'suspicious gadgets' that need the internet, but you don't want them on the same network as your phone and PC. We've got 3 nodes in the house - one in the router, then two upstairs. You might get away with 2. I've got the M5s, but maybe the S7 (AC1900) might be a good fit - [https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B8DXJ8XP?th=1](https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B8DXJ8XP?th=1)
I've used the S4 AC1900 trio (older but worked well), along with the X55 trio. Still Wifi 6 but decent coverage. The one failure was the Eero Mesh 6, stopped working but got a replacement set from Amazon and shipped the old set back. No problems since then.
I got [this](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084GTH5LL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) one for my grandma's house and it works great, way cheaper too. Of course, the one you post is better and faster... but if where you live is not to crowded and your speeds are less than 500mbps, it will work great. You can even buy a "like new" one for around US$75.
I ditched the Spectrum router and connected directly to my Mesh router. Works awesome. https://a.co/d/eQkmmO0
Ive had the Deco 4 and now Deco6e. I f'in love it! 3 pods and covers the house and property quite nicely.
I like my Tp link deco 400 unit. It can handle Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E
