Based on 1 year's data from Mar 18, 2026 How it works
Same here, 3 months using and receiving random reboots, one ou two times per week. Itβs a great router, but have this issue.
Bought this from AliExpress as it has WiFi 7 and 4x2.5Gb ethernet ports. Note that like a lot of Chinese domestic gear it doesn't have 6GHz support, as that band is not open in China. The interface is all in Chinese, but Firefox was able to translate it for me. Options are basic but cover everything I need. Setting it to access point mode (which it calls wired network extender mode) makes all 4 ethernet ports into a switch and WiFi AP. WiFi speeds are excellent, as is range. It support MLO for simultaneous 2.4G and 5G operation. WPA2 and WPA3 are supported individually or simultaneously. The only minor issue is that you can't set the IP address of the management interface in AP mode. It picks one up from DHCP. I set my router to always give it the same address. The low price and good features/performance make for a very nice AP/2.5Gb switch.
I am finding it to be excellent. Better than any other AP I have owned, for sure.
No issues at all, he's been rock solid.
I wonder if it was the device or some weird incompatibility. I've not had any issues with Intel clients here.
Do you know why router randomly in the day loses network data? Signal it great, phine stays connected, just speed is near 0kb/s. Like some settings are wrong? I havent changed much, just connected it to main modem... Its been happening for a long time. Edit: I have connected my TV via LAN cable so i dont have to use wifi on tv. Now i unpluged lan port for tv from router. I have TV always on standby, so maybe TV or router its trying to connect and possibly recognizing it as "wan" port connection cable. Now i have to wait a few days and see if this worked. Edit 2: I "accidentally" enabled "no hidden network" setting and then wifi wasnt showing anymore, so i had to reset the router and set it up again. Disabled MLO and my only phone with wifi 7 doesnt support it. Made a seperate Wifi for 2.4ghz and 5ghz, no more 2 bands in 1 wifi. Mostly left everything on stock. Lets hope transmiting problem will stop now ..
I got this router, the range is awesome. But the only problem i have is wifi sometimes randomly in the day stops working for 1-2 minutes and i dont know why. Even siting next to router with full 5ghz wifi 7 signal, it gives to data transmition. It seems like a error, what i did wrong? It does that randomly in the day and its annoying. I tried changing to diferent channel but still problems. I just wanted a good 5ghz wifi 7 signal in my room and stable 2.4ghz wifi for long range (outside garden). I need someone to help me fix it. Will completly reseting it work?
No not really, we have a microvawe, its not plugged in and never in use. So far after 1 day of reseting router and seting 5g and 2.4ghz network as seperate wifi havent lagged yet π
