Sleeping Earbuds Z30

1more Z30 sleep buds. They are tiny, but have a big sound. No ANC or touch. I use them on the bike daily, as my previous ones kept getting pulled by my bike helmet

I've reviewed a few. The soundcore ones A20/30 are the best and have a great app with a huge library of sounds including every type of noise (white, pink etc) that you could dream of, as well as a load of other sounds. They also work locally so not need to be connected to your phone. You send a few sounds to the on board memory. With the right noise, they drown out most things. The smallest ones I've used are the 1more Z30. They are tiny and they sound good too. No ANC or complex app.

I am in the market for some Sleeping Earbuds, what has everyone tried, and which ones did you decide to go with? What made you decide on the Earbuds you decided to get? Edit: I have insomnia and using music frequency to turn off my brain and fall asleep, thanks for all the responses and input!!! *°* update, I chose 1more and Z30, affordable and comfortable and to me above average sound quality, they have not fallen out during the night of sleeping. I would say : 5 star ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

I decided with 1more (the brand) item Z30, small lightweight, barely even notice I have them in my ear, I am satisfied with the music quality, good enough battery life, and definitely affordable
