Confirm, I’m using the Soundcore Aeroclip IIs to watch Chinese TV in real time. Works beautifully. There is a slight delay tho

I’m using [these](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DN6B3Z6Z?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share), and finding them extremely comfortable. I prefer them to my former [Bose](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CD2F4B1G?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) which have been disappointingly finicky. But I did recently cave on a Black Friday special for [these](https://a.co/d/3Z0avfT) directly from Bose in a different color. I definitely have an earbud problem.

I forget they’re there! I love that about them the most. AirPods Pro put painful pressure on one small spot on one ear that has since taken forever to calm down. I’ve preferred in ear buds since the wired days but recently find I’m really liking this open ear style. If I want true high fidelity I’ll grab my Sony OTEs, but most of the time the Aeroclips are all I need. I’ve been an Anker fan girl for years, so I felt confident about a soundcore purchase. The first pair were in ear style with anc and while performance isn’t horrible, the fit/comfort just isn’t there. But I can’t identify a con for the AeroClip. Fully charged they last a full workday of telehealth video calls before I even get the first low battery alert. That’s impressive and beats both Apple and Bose.

Great review.  I started with Shokz OpenMove, then a pair of economical Monster Open AC601 before moving onto the Soundcore AeroClips.  Don't have any complaints about the AeroClips as the microphone quality is pretty good. Finally no complaints from people saying they can't hear me. Tried the Shokz OpenDots at a retail store. Sound seemed better, earbuds felt lighter, case is slimmer with wireless charging I believe.  However, can you provide more input about the call quality on the OpenDots. Any issues? How does it compare to the AeroClips? Thanks.

Soundcore AeroClip. I have not found any earbuds that work for me. The things shift position slightly with any movement, and all bass disappears. The AeroClips are different. They do not rely on precise positioning. No noise cancellation though.

I can't do regular earbuds as they never stay in and/or start to hurt right away. I discovered open-ear earbuds this year and they've been amazing. There's tons of them on Amazon from various brands. I went with the Soundcore Aeroclip. I've been using Soundcore headphones for years so I knew the sound quality would be good. Keep in mind that these kinds of earbuds won't be fully noise-cancelling simply due to the way they clip on and don't cover or go in your ear. They're super comfortable tho and I can wear them for hours.

I have the Soundcore AeroClip and it’s not that I like them better than the in-ears, they’re just different. I also have AirPods Pro 2 as well as several other brands of TWS earbuds, plus I have a collection of wired IEMs, and I like all of them. I use the open buds when I want to be completely aware of my surroundings and/or when I’m in a quiet space and simply don’t need noise isolation/noise cancellation. I tend to use the open buds more for listening to audiobooks, YouTube videos and such rather than music, but the AeroClips are good enough for music listening as well if I choose to use them for that.

I love the Soundcore AeroClip. They also have a cheaper version, the C50i (currently $40 on Amazon), but I haven’t tried those.

I have the Soundcore AeroClip and love them for their sound quality. Much of what I use open earbuds for is listening to audiobooks, YouTube videos, and the like, but the AeroClip sound good enough to use for listening to music as well, which is a wonderful bonus that has led to me using them more and more for that purpose. If I get them on my ears just right, I can wear them for a couple of hours or so before they start to hurt, but they do eventually start to feel pinchy. I also have the cheap Tozo OpenEarRing, which seems to be a little more comfortable. They are fine for audiobooks and other spoken word content but not so great for music. So, I’m wondering, for those of you who have tried a variety of clip style earbuds, which ones were the most comfortable/least pinchy, and which ones were the best combination of comfort and sound quality?

Listening to audiobooks (and sometimes YouTube videos) is the main thing I do with my open earbuds, but I mainly use them around the house or when when I’m waiting for an appointment somewhere, so not in noisy environments. I wouldn’t expect them to be good for use in noisy settings. I have the Soundcore AeroClip, which is excellent and also good enough to use for music, and the Tozo OpenEarRing, which is ok for spoken media but not so great for music.
