I was going to upgrade from Liberty 2 pro+ but it seems there isn't much point, from what I am hearing the later models have regressed in sound quality.
Also I love the in-ear type of bud.
The ones with stems I find get bumped and fall out of my ears easier, previously lost one of the Liberty Air 2 buds this way.
Seconding Soundcore. I’ve never been interested in AirPods because I would lose them and be mad about wasting so much money. I’ve got a set of Soundcore Liberty Air that work great 3 years later and they’re sub $100.
Soundcore Liberty 2. They’re fine. Don’t bother my ears and stay put. Would be nice to have a “transparency mode” to hear ambient sounds better, but my running route has me on sidewalks a lot, away from busy traffic and not crossing streets much. So it’s not a huge deal for me.
I like the anker Liberty earbuds. But my wife gave me her airpods because she didn’t like them, and I started carrying them daily because of how the convenience of the small case fit in my pocket. Over time I got so used to them, I have one in my ear nearly all day long.
