I've had the Anker soundcore life note 3s for 3 years now. I think I paid $25 or $30. They have active noise cancelling and hold a charge well. I chose them because I've had Anker cables that have gone bad and email the company and they sent free replacements. I'm sure that goes through all their products. So I'd say look into soundcore earbuds. I've gotten so much value from them.
If you want something that actually lasts, stick to brands like Anker, Sony, or JBL. I’ve seen a lot of people have good long-term experience with Anker Soundcore series (Life Note / Liberty line). They’re not the best sounding, but super reliable + great battery.
I have a Sony neckband, forget the model, but there's only two with anc. With upgraded sonicfoam tips. It's my go to on transatlantic 11 hr flights.
Also haveva collection of the Anker sound core buds that do well
