BATKINSON001 0.5I am using the EarFun air pro 4 for a year now and they are much better at noice cancelling than my soundcore life p3 and soundcore liberty 2 pro plus, though those are a few years old now…
I haven't used the first or second options specifically but I have used soundcore earbuds in the past and currently have older models - the liberty 2 pro + and the Life P3, though after a few years, the batteries in the cases are starting to go. The earfun, i am using and they work quite well, the noise cancelling is some of the best I have used.
BeginningwithN 0.5Try checking amazon renewed, you can get some good deals. I got a set of soundcore life p3 for just over 30 cad, I'm happy with them so far. The p20i that another commenter mentioned are pretty good too and they go on sale for 20-25
DrEvil85 0.5I had the life p3 and those were the best ear buds I've ever owned! Needless to say that they won't last forever and I've tried several Soundcore earbuds since and none of them gave me the same level of audio quality but the closest I've come is the liberty 4 NC. I've literally tried at least 6 other earbuds from Anker and returned them all except for the liberty 4 NC. You might like them as opposed to the pro. Save yourself some money 😊
dvewlsh 0.5I've had a few pairs now. I had an old pair of Anker ones that they claimed was some sort of hybrid ANC, then I had the Anker/Soundcore Life P3s, which were... fine... Most recently I have the Pixel Buds Pro, which I wouldn't recommend at all, but are fine for noise cancelling.

You get solid sound with deep bass, surprisingly good noise cancellation for the price, and great battery life — around 7 hours on a charge, and up to 35–40 with the case. From what I’ve seen, people also say it’s super comfortable for long listening. If you can grab it on a deal, I’d say it’s one of the better picks out there.
For budget-friendly, the Soundcore Life P3 is a solid pick — good sound, decent ANC, and great battery life around the $60–$70 mark. In the mid-range, I’d go with Liberty 4 NC — they punch way above their price with strong ANC and HearID sound tuning. If you're going premium, Sony WF-1000XM5 or AirPods Pro 2 are hard to beat for overall experience.
Miserable_Spray_4394 0.5I used to stick to the soundcore life p3 as their price was within $60-100 canadian depending on sales, while also lasting, with high enough audio quality for my music, plenty of features, acceptable battery life, more durable, and even as a bonus had nice appearances, yet both my curiosities and this model not selling anywhere else I'd look any longer; has me looking for different suggestions. I've tried the soundcore life p3i, and as it came close, I did not appreciate the functions as much, and more importantly the quality was actually not as nice comparing to a remaining 2 year old pair of p3 I still owned.
