"The R50i NC has a pretty good noise cancelling feature. it cancels out most noises, most especially the low and deep noises such as traffic. ... voices and conversations are ALMOST muted, if you're not listening to music and basically just using these as earplugs, you can still kinda hear people talk but you won't understand a lick of what theyre saying unless you're face to face. It kinda sounds like pressing a thick pillow over people's faces when they're talking. ... I like it, it works for me, especially since once you play music along with ANC, you won't be able to hear any of those little things that penetrate the ANC aside from ambulances and annoying fucking alarms playing on very loud speakers from your brother's PC"
"Soundcore P30i are the best with ANC I've used at that pricepoint."

"I think I can confidently say that these will fit anyone and everyone's taste in music, but ONLY because it's soundcore and their app let's you choose EQ settings that would fit your taste. ... Literally each one of the genres I listed sound amazing and most importantly IMMERSIVE when paired with the right EQ ... I was listening to The Red Clay Strays and was not quite satisfied with the way their music sounded so I tried the "Piano" EQ setting, and holy fuck it's like the mids that i was talking about broke out of their cage and colors started flying. The best way I could describe it is that the vocals and instrumentals became more detailed and colorful as opposed to just being a dull and flat board hitting you in the ears. ... For any and I feel like all kinds of audio, you can get what you want with the right EQ setting (preset or custom, whichever you like), even binaural beats which are these pretentious yoga droning noises that i listen to when i can't sleep, they end up being a spiritual experience. ... there's the EQ customization, allowing you to tailor the earbuds' sound quality to a specific genre or taste. there's a ton of different presets for those who have no idea how to manually do it (me), and there's that custom EQ for the sound engineers"

I feel like the R50i NC (or maybe soundcore in general, idk) has an incredibly versatile range when it comes to sound quality, if you don't like bass too much, there's an EQ for that, or if you want your brain rattling for every beat, there's an EQ for that too. "Excellent app allows mw to adjust the sound signature to my liking."

"I use it literally 18 hours or more a day and I can personally say, they don't hurt my earholes. ... They stayed on even after a 3 hour nap in bed, lying down."
"The comfort level is outstanding."
"as for the actual earbuds, they're very light and stay well in my ears. ... I use it literally 18 hours or more a day and I can personally say, they don't hurt my earholes. ... I don't experience "occlusion" with this. ... They stayed on even after a 3 hour nap in bed, lying down."

"I use them constantly from 7am to 12 midnight (only music but ANC is on and volume is full blast) and I only had to charge once when it was at 20% and it took about 15 to maybe 20 minutes to full charge. ... So safe to say I think 10 hours of listening as advertised is true"

So safe to say I think 10 hours of listening as advertised is true ... Battery Life is great, long enough that i only had to put it in the case once while using it from 7am to 12 midnight. Charging only took 15-20 minutes to be 100%"

"I found them uncomfortable for sleeping"
"The Baseus also fits my ears a bit better, I think because of the oblong ear buds and extra sizes that are included."
For less than 50 Soundcore are my first pick. The p20i is on sale for 19.99(Amazon), and they sound better than $20 earbuds should. For $30, you can get the p30i which also have ANC. I have well over a dozen earbuds, most in the premium segment, and these are the ones I choose for when I'm out mountain biking or other sports... I'd rather be out $20 than $400 (not that I paid that much for any of them, just what they retail for).
Around Black Friday soundcore had the p30i on sale for $25. I’m pretty impressed with them as my backup pair I keep at work.
I just got the soundcore p30i from Amazon at 26€ . Hope they are good
I have no complaints using my Soundcore P30i buds
Whatever Anker Soundcore ones you can find in your budget probably.. I'm perfectly happy with the p30is but got them on sale for only $40cad
Soundcore p30i at $22.30 not sure how this wasn't mentioned at this price they are hard to beat
Though not stemless, it is a pretty short stem. Sorry I did miss that part
Got the Soundcore p30i last week from Amazon for $28. Incredible for a cheap earbud. Construction is solid, great battery life and charge time, solid sound quality, fantastic EQ app that also let's your customize the easy to use touch controls, and it has transparency mode and ANC. The comfort level is outstanding. The only flaws are that the ANC is just okay and the charging case is bigger than average. If you don't need ANC I'd actually recommend the Soundcore p20i, which you can get for $18 refurbished on Amazon or 20-ish dollars new. Same thing but without ANC I think. Honestly, I would have thought these earbuds were more in the $50-60 range. I've had the several other cheap earbuds from Amazon, several variants of the airpods, and I was using the Jabra Elite 75T for awhile as my daily driver. I'd say the Soundcore p30i is better than the Jabras, which cost me $60-70.
Not a fan of Soundcore's sound signature, but at least they will most likely be the least flakey to deal with, and with cheap buds flakiness is the biggest annoyance in my book
Comparison Initial impressions(4-5 full days of use) The purpose of these earbuds were to be my daily workout drivers. I have purchased the p40i for work as an inexpensive option to just have on me and I also have AirPod pro 2s that I would usually take to the gym. AirPod pros would normally do the job and work well with running/other workout that require some more motion. The biggest issue I had was sweat causing the AirPods to slip and constantly adjusting them once there was sweat in my ear. Overall, the Sport X20s do great and stay in my ears after a couple mile runs. I just used the standard medium sized ear tips as the small would hurt my ear canal. So far their specific purpose as gym buds, with the given hooks, is impressing me a lot. Score for Gym/Workouts > 9/10 Comparing features and Sound Quality: Right off the bat I was impressed with the sound quality being solid without much change to the eq. The base wasn’t overbearing and nothing came off as muddy. I did lower the bass and bring out more of the vocals with the eq, and now it’s sounds solid. Without going into too much detail, I am going to give a broad score for other earbuds I’ve used based on sound quality. Soundcore P30i - 5.5/10 ~ Sound Quality is okay, but the bass is a little much and it can get kind of muddy when there’s a lot going on. Soundcore P40i - 6.5/10~ Noticeably better than the p30i and the bass is brought back with nice vocal clarity. Honestly some might rate this higher, but the harshness of the highs in music can really strain my ear, but really solid for the price. Soundcore Sport X20- 7/10~ Not a huge jump from the p40i, but I feel that the bass response and overall sound signature works very well for working out. The highs are not aggressive, and the bass is there to get you moving. I could see some people preferring the p40i vocal clarity and more present highs, but I prefer the more “balanced” sound these give. AirPod pro 2- 8.5/ 10~ In my opinion it’s not really close and these to me are just a much better sound signature with clarity on all fronts. The only thing really holding these back from being amazing is there really is a lack of wanted bass in hip-hop/pop songs. Transparency mode/Noise Cancelling Comparison: P30i Transparency Mode- 4/10~ Really weak and almost just does not feel necessary. My own voice is muffled when speaking and the clarity of my surroundings is subpar. It gets points for still giving more noise than no transparency. Noise Cancelling - 4.5/10 ~ They do alright in an already pretty quiet room and can make you feel more immersed in music than no anc, but it’s pretty weak overall. They can’t really block ambient noises that are already loud and present- like my bathroom fan. P40i Transparency Mode - 5/10~ A decent step up from the p30i and my voice is a little less muffled when speaking, but not by much. The overall surrounding sounds are okay and comes off more natural and less artificial sounding than the p30i. Noise Cancelling- 5.5/10~ Noise cancelling is okay and does a decent job with actually reducing louder ambient noises. The only problem is that it just doesn’t bring the overall volume down well enough, and sounds like running water from the faucet can sometimes pierce through. Sport X20 Transparency mode- 6.5/10~ I would actually choose to use this transparency mode compared to the p30i + p40i. My voice doesn’t come off as muffled and it’s easy to hear. My environment comes off well and mostly natural. It’s still not great, but something I could rely on to actually talk with others while wearing the buds. Noise Cancelling- 7/10 ~ These do a surprisingly good job with reducing most sounds. Although I haven’t had much time with them, I feel like they would do very well in a crowded space with a lot of people talking. They’re still not at the top, but I think most would be happy with these. AirPod Pro 2 Transparency Mode- 9.9/10 ~ Duh, it’s still crazy how well these work. Noise Cancelling Mode- 9/10 ~ Also Duh, some harsher sounds come through, but still top of the line. Final Thoughts/Score: Just to clarify, I am not close to being considered an audiophile, but I just thought others would be curious about these gym buds as much as me. Overall, the Soundcore Sport X20 do their job, and they do it well. I can trust that these will stay in my ears without fail. I know not everyone is crazy about the design, but it serves its purpose. The sound quality being decent also really helps. I personally would not have been angry if these were Similar to the P30i but I’m glad they sound good. The fact that the noise cancelling and transparency modes are solid is a very nice surprise because I would have still been satisfied if they weren’t as good, but it just adds to these earbuds. The battery seems solid, but with only 4 days of use, it’s hard to actually gauge how good they really are- Ex. I used them at the gym for 2 1/2 hours and they had about 60% left with anc on. These are not a premium product and they don’t have a premium price tag (I got mine for $63). I would highly recommend these to those in need of an inexpensive pair of gym buds who also would appreciate that the transparency mode and noise cancelling modes work well. Overall Score for The X20- 8/10 P.S- The case is okay, but I feel like it’s not a fair point to review how big they are because with hooks, it’s going to be a larger than normal case.
I have them also and work good for when I fly. Minimal cabin noise. The app has settings you can adjust.
I think mine are basically the next level up. I wanna say they were around $70. But I've tried those P30s and they're insanely good for the price. And they don't skimp on the quality. They're speakers are great too. I have the Motion Boom and the other smaller one and they stomp my wife's JBL into the dirt lol
