From a comfort pov, the A30s are amazing. I'm a lifelong side sleeper, so I've been on a constant quest to find earbuds for sleeping that are super comfortable, and these are the best I've tried.

I really like my Soundcore Sleep A30's: https://www.soundcore.com/products/d1301-sleep-a30-smart-anc-earbuds-for-sleeping They're on Amazon too.

Wife has them. Part of why we got sleepbuds in the first place is my snoring, but part of it is she is a light sleeper. I also use breath right nasal strips, and that genuinely does help me sleep faster. Back to the buds. Changed from Ozlo sleepbuds to these. Ozlo had too many connection and charging issues. Had the subscription plan, so I sent them back after a few months. Bought the a30 as a surprise about a month after they dropped because I was dragging my feet for the same reason. Wife loves these. She sleeps fine for hours and hours upon end, but still does have trouble getting that deep deep sleep from time to time. She always has, but she is definitely less tired than before, so she seems to be getting better sleep. She used to be super cranky. Different kinds of tips and sizes of wings. The buds track snoring/noise in the room, how much deep sleep you get vs interrupted sleep and for how long. In the same section of the app she can go back on a calendar and compare days. We found busier more stressful days seem to be the issue. This is the cooler thing I think. The sound portion is insane. If I remember right it has a beta option where it can auto adjust the volume of the buds based on noise level in the room. She uses a constant volume setting because she doesn't want it cranking up too much and waking her. There is a mix section where you can blend different white noise tracks at percentage levels to create your own custom sound which is super cool. There are also audio sleep books in the sound library that are white noise tracks read by people like Cillian Murphy and Stephen Fry. I would say get them on Amazon if in budget. I couldn't find them in store anywhere around me. If you like em, great! If not, send them back and you at least have an answer. Keep an eye on the return window though. She hasn't really complained about anything specific yet. No battery issues, though she does wish it was a little longer? But she sleeps longer than I do, so take that with a grain of salt. There are foam tips though that increase passive noise isolation like ear plugs if the battery dies. She doesn't notice them when she sleeps, but you can feel them at first. Finding the right combo of wing tip and what ear tip feels right is crucial. Too small and it'll fall out, too large and it might put too much pressure on your ear canal. Took her a few days to get the right fit, and it's not the same in both ears because ears are not perfectly symmetrical so please keep that in mind. Unsolicited advice for anyone, if are having trouble sleeping still or feeling tired all the time, also consider getting a blood test to see if you are lacking in anything. Vitamin d, vitamin b, iodine levels, iron... So many things can affect your day to day, and it's not always just how you sleep but what else you need. Hope this helps!

Anker Soundcore Sleep A30 - this item with anc, specifically made for to sleep in Sony WF-C710N - small nd very light, depending on your ear and pillow, how you are lying down; it has anc and long battery to boot. tweak the eq for best sound output though. Bose quietcomfort ultra 2nd gen, released recently - the best noise cancelling,  and like made for the sole purpose of excellence in noise cancelling. these are somewhat bulky, very comfortable to wear as the name title suggests, but sleeping in them, if you lie down on only your back maybe .... i dunno Their 1st gen version earbuds are v good. One reviewer was saying like, these earbuds are pure witchcraft for noise cancelling. some users wear it without the stability fin tips; whatever works for you - make sure you get a good fit for top-tier anc u hv to hv sth playing, while noise cancelling on; you 100 percent won't notice your environmental sounds.

1. Even the good ones might not be comfortable and leave you with worse sleep.  2. Good quality earplugs might block sound equally well for far less money and faff.  3. Listening to music, words or even noise all night might not be great for your sleep. Source - picked up some soundcore sleep a30 recently. Love the idea but it's made me realise I need better earplugs , not overnight earbuds.

I have the A30 sleepbuds (which have ANC) and they are great. Have not fallen out of my ears ever and battery more than lasts the night. Similar to the A20s you can play over blue tooth as you are falling asleep. Has a microphone so it can monitor noise/snore volume and adjust the snore masking sound track volume loader if needed. Not the cheapest things but they have really helped me get much better sleep!

so I got Soundcore Sleep A30 Special. I wear them all night, every night and the comfort is good once you put the right size 'ear tip' on, which might be a different size per ear. Actually, I think my ears kind of toughened up a bit, or got used to the sensation of having them in after a week or two. I don't readjust them in the night. They don't fall out. They have consistently worked well, both buds, no dropout. The battery lasts long enough. I don't have any real inconvenience or issue. It took a while (nights of sleep) to learn how to use them, try different settings, and remember the functions when I wake in the night groggy. I have to fall asleep to podcasts, then when the podcast stops the ANC stays on all night, which is excellent for noisy-sleeping-partner and airplanes overhead from 6AM. I usually wake in the night a few times and have to remember to tap-tap the left bud to change it from 'local' mode to bluetooth mode, then I start a podcast again... There are lots of options for noises to fall asleep to, but I apparently need voices... So, they're really effective, all in all, for improving sleep, with no big drawbacks.

I'm using Anker a30 Sleep earbuds. I haven't tried any other ones, though. It has decent ANC and a pretty good offline mode. It's also pretty flat, so it's fairly comfortable to wear asleep. I have had one fall out of my ear a couple of times, but I tend to toss and turn a lot. It is not BIFL, and you shouldn't expect any earbuds to be. The lid of the a30s' case already broke and I had to superglue it back on. I still don't mind using it, but I'm not sure I'd pay more than $150 for these.
