My 2s are still great! Don’t see enough reason for the 3s. I got the 1s as backup so I’m chillin tbh

My gen 2 started wearing out so I got the new version. I HATE them. I absolutely loved my old AirPods, the new ones are probably one of my biggest purchase regrets.

I liked them at first, but over time I’ve done a total 180. I will say, the sound quality is better; everything seems a little more crisp. However, no matter what size tip I use, they never seem to stay in my ears. They’re constantly falling out, even just normal face movements push them out of my ears. I also don’t think the noise cancellation works as well (probably due to the ill ear-fit). Honestly half the time I think I’m on transparent mode because I can hear so much of what’s going on around me. At this point, I wish I had invested in a really good pair of over the ear noise cancelling headphones and a pair of budget earbuds for sleeping. Edit: The battery does last a really long time, but that should probably come standard in all modern headphones.

It’s the new shape of the AirPod itself that doesn’t sit well in my ear. I thought it would be ok at first, but they’ve become really annoying to wear. I put my old pair in just to test the shape and they sit in my ears so much better, that might be person to person though. I hope you like yours more than I like mine!

I cannot for the life of me use the touch sensors on my AP'2s and it's pissed me off to the point o went back to my Galaxys. Comfort and battery life are there but using the touch features is much to be desired.

Thank you for this! I use 2s very heavily too and just had a mic go out on the right. I’ll live with it for a while but I’m debating just getting that bud replaced, getting new 2s or new 3s.

Same. Apple better look at their return numbers and subsequent APP2 sales and GO BACK to that design for the 4. Or have two options, so people that can’t stand having anything way inside their ear canal a non foam option
