"their integration with other Apple Devices is what makes them amazing."

"if you have an iphone the Airpods are really the best"

"And APP has the significant edge in connectivity (pairing with iPhone/macbook)"

"The Pros basically lock in to your ears. ... I’ve worn mine for literally hundreds of hours working out and they’ve never fallen out once. ... I am sure that I could do cartwheels in them and they wouldn’t budge."

"I put them in my ear, put the helmet on, then do one final “push” with my finger to seat them in my ear for the ride. ... The batteries die before they work out of my ear."

"I love my AirPod pros for running ... They’ve never ever fallen out."

"I cried tears of joy when I put air pod pros in for the first time if that tells you anything!! 🥹"

"I use android for everything but still buy airpod pros for noise cancellation. ... I just got off a flight with them and they are just such a game changer."

"nothing I’ve used has had the same noise cancellation as they do. ... makes running any open station tractor 10x more bare able."

"still have quality sound and bass ... With a slight adjustment in the bass on Spotify + spatial sound, the Airpods fly! The bass and quality of the Airpods almost reach the same level as the XM4!"

"they have really good sound quality, clarity and warm profile like the AirPods pro ... plus is that cmfs have punchy bass."

"you can turn on dirac opteo which drastically improves clarity and details in sound."

"I’m a heavy sweater and my pros are going on 2 years of almost everyday abuse."

"I ’ve had them for about 3 years"

"I sweat a lot and I’m hard on headphones. ... I had gone through so many pairs including Bose models designed for exercise (lasted a week). ... I’ve had my AirPod pros for a few years now and they’re still working great. ... I’ve never had headphones last this long."

"the silicone tips on pros were not fitting my ears correctly. ... One was inside nicely, but the other one was falling out everytime."

"they are still not comfortable ... every earbud other then 1/2‘s or wired ones just fall out after some time with movement and doesn‘r sit tight at all."

"very uncomfortable for flights over 2 hours"

"I’d love to be able to run in them, but they would never stay in my ears. ... I’m afraid I already have tried each pod size. ... I had the air pod pro before that and they were the same. ... I even bought extra / different size pods and they didn’t work. ... I think Apple designed them for the most common types, but they just do not fit everyone. I’m sadly one of those people. ... Having had this issue for almost 6 years, I would be reluctant to run with them now."

"I have tried a bunch of different eartips for my airpods pro, both foam and speciality combined rubber + foam and they grip pretty well. ... But I find that if the earbud has some kind of rubber ring or lip around the speaker casing they seem to stay much much better than if they just have a better replaced rubber tip. Because the whole speaker is otherwise kind of moving around inside the outer part of the ear and pulls the eartip out more and more during the day so I have to constantly readjust and push in the earbud."

"your earbuds dislodge when riding and you try to take off your helmet ... ruined them"

"My first gen pros crapped out on me within like a year or 2"

"left earbuds that failed right after warranty ended. All of them."

"they died on me after 18 months (charging case got oxidation)"

"both earbuds developed the crackling issues (twice!)"

"My wife had some bullshit static noise glitch and Apple refused to replace it (out of warranty). ... Yeah it ’s bullshit they wasted an hour of my day to test the pod, and then told me they had to charge me $90 to replace it. I ’ve never once ever in my life gotten pissed at Apple support and I really did get hacked off that day."

"My wife had some bullshit static noise glitch ... This was a big problem for AirPods Pro 1st gen back when were released ... I was unfortunate to have the same problem"

"I strongly dislike using them as a microphone because it lowers the quality of the sound considerably."

"mic issues ... My current pair still has the same issue. Cleaning never seems to bring them back to “normal” either."

"the mic isn’t working right in the left one either 😟"

I wanted to dislike them cause they’re so generic and corporate and whatever else, but when I lost my first pair (which i loved) and tried two other wireless buds (which i did not love half as much) and went back to Airpods pros, I decided it was time to admit they are JUST very good. I don’t think anything beats them right now that I’m aware of. The battery life is great, they connect to an iPhone or Mac seamlessly, every part of it recharges fast, case beeps on Find My if you need to, noise cancelling is quite good (heavily relied on for planes and trains). Small and comfortable enough that I’ve fallen asleep with them in as a side sleeper. It still feels so lame shilling for a major company’s product this hard cause they don’t need the marketing help at all. But they just are the gold standard right now.

I think it is worth just getting the pros. They will last longer and will be worth it more than others. The ease of use can’t be beat.

Needing them to drop before mid November. I am still rocking AirPod pro 1’s that I want to upgrade for an international flight I’m taking then. Fingers crossed.

They’re excellent! Much better than the AirPods 3 and the ANC is way better than I had expected. Of course the Pro’s can do ANC way better, but they are doing a good job. Plus less stressful for some ears.

I really hope they improve the ambient mode, I want to be able to safely bike while wearing my AirPods. beyond that I really hope they make the case with replaceable battery. right now these are disposable and only last around 2-3 years for me.

The pros with the varia radar + camera are pretty solid though. Varia makes up for the loss in sound awareness.

I have not noticed any delay. I was surprised it works when I set it up with zero extra tweaks My AirPods don’t work on pop os.

Its a shame you hate Apple products because you just described what the Airpod Pro’s are good for..im sure theres plenty that will fit your criteria but i find the Airpods perfect for what your describing.. My next set to try will be the Earfun Pro 4’s so maybe look into those..

I just go with my AirPods Pros. I've tried many different headphones over the years and these work the best and work seamlessly with my Apple Watch/Phone/Macbook, etc.
