ASUS ROG Cetra True Wireless. They have all the functions I need, good audio quality and at a decent price

I mainly use wired but have a pair of rog cetra wireless, these have a gaming mode so no noticable delay on the audio

Yes, audio from those brands like Sony, bose Sennheiser will be (significantly) better. But for gaming those are not good choices. They tend to have high latency. The gaming earbuds usually work with some form of reduced latency. Usually because of a USB dongle or a different audio codec. I own these steelseries ones, the Asus cetra true wireless earbuds I have as well, and also the Sony pulse buds. Those last one use some kind of Sony audio codec to have no latency with the PS5 or ps portal.

For near 0 latency you want earbuds that come with their own USB 2.4ghz dongle. OR a separate dongle like the Creative BT-W6 and then find headphones that support AptX Adaptive or LC3. AAC and SBC codecs are going to be in the 100-250ms latency realm. AptX Adaptive and LC3 should be ~80ms and <50ms, respectively. Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore, SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds, ASUS ROG Cetra, and Razer are all some examples of what I’m talking about. Adaptive and LC3 buds might be a bit more rare but I haven’t looked in a while. Edit: just to provide some more data, RTINGS found the ASUS ROG Cetra to have 274ms latency via SBC, and 35ms via the 2.4ghz dongle.

Soundcore VR P10 (requires dongle for low latency mode) or Rog Centra (doesn’t have a dongle but slightly higher latency but not noticeable)

for me all the headphones get uncomfortable after a while and the sound quality was bad. and I have a pair of wireless earbuds, I use those to play, but they have a bit of latency so get one those but the gaming version for lower latency, like the Asus rog gaming earbuds.

I have asus cetra earbuds the newer ones and I don't notice latency. I also have the soundcore v10 I believe. No notable latency. I play sim racing a lot. So I feel I would notice if it's off pace.
