I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest one that not a lot of people talk about. Consider the Baseus BS1 NC. They're usually available for around $40, have what I consider to be great ANC for semi in-ear earbuds. They also have low latency mode for gaining. I really like these earbuds. Got them at the beginning of November and they've been my go-to earnings ever since

Deeper bass and better noise cancellation. LDAC too. Fit my ears comfortably by that's a personal thing. Their performance has surprised me.
