I tend to lean on ones with loops that go over the ear because my ear holes are small, too. I struggle with buds because they tend to fall out. Last gen Powerbeats work pretty good although they’re noise isolating not noise cancelling, but I hear the current gen is noise cancelling. Epic Air Sport by JLab is pretty good and are noise cancelling I have QC ultras but don’t like the bud format. You may want to look at the new Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. I don’t own them and they’re not noise cancelling but they’re more like an ear cuff and obviate the conversation about ear opening size

I’ve been using the Powerbeats for a long time and I like them a lot. They have a loop over the ear and they’re comfortable to wear.

Same with my wife so she tried the powerbeats(?) that have the loop around the ear. The case is big and it doesn't have as good of audio but it stays in her ear no matter what. And sweat proof.

I think this is very dependent on your ear shape and what fits you best. I use Powerbeats, I find that even if I knock them accidentally and they come loose, the hooks over the ears help keep them on long enough for me to fix them. If it's not too hot you can also put a headband over your ears to hold them in.

Get a pair of power beats for working out. I always struggled with headphones in the gym. You don’t even have to buy the latest version as long as they’re wireless. Trust me, just use your xm5s for everything else.

When I’m running, I love to use my power beats. They stay in my ear, and they are very comfortable.

Love my powerbeats for running. Best purchase I've made! They never budge.

Nice to see the beats fanboys down voting you. I'm literally here looking to replace my powerbeats because of the same issue you had. They are the most aggravating ear buds I have ever owned.

I disagree. They fit in the sense they didn’t fall out but they were a bit too big and I couldn’t wear more than an hour unlike my Powerbeats. Their fatal flaw was the wingtip cracking on just about every pair. And since it was integral. There was no fix for it

I wonder if they’ve solved the wing tip cracking issue

I’ve had the same issue for years, even the beats powerbeats that go over your ears wouldn’t stay in. I’ve been using Beats Fit Pro for a few years now and they have been the only headphone, out of dozens, to stay in perfectly.
