I very much enjoy the beats fit pro, as they used to be called, but now the newer ones are the powerbeats fit. Very on par with the airpods pro of the same launch year, they do have there own app and something I really enjoy from them that just about no manufacturer is doing, multiple colour options.
I heard you are looking to wear them mostly in the gym. The Denon Perl pros are pretty huge but they have a wing tip to help them stay in place during workouts; so does the Momentum tws 4 but during my experience they don't stay as secure as the PerL pros. Also if you want a specific sports pair you can look at the Power beats fit which have sport wingtips. But they won't sound as good as the prior earbuds you mentioned. Also the Sony link buds fit are great for the gym but has 90 percent of the sound quality of the Sony Wf1000xm5.
Went the with the newer version of the Apple Powerbeats fit, I use an iPhone and they connect well and work well. Not perfect, but I like the sound better than my Sonys.
Great review. Overall, the Beats Powerbeats Fit are the best option for just ONE pair of BT earbuds. Ideally, the Pros 3 are meant everyday use, and Fits are meant for physical activities. This is how Apple designed them.
