I just put my Bose Sports through the wash and regretfully went to JB Hi-Fi expecting to part with $150 - $200. Explained to the guy that I listened to audio books mainly, under ear protection whilst on the tools, but would also use them for the occasional walk, public transport scroll and phone calls whilst pottering around the house. I.e. cheap and cheerful, but do the job. He suggested J Lab Go Air Pop. I was like “ummm are you sure, they’re ONLY $50” and he was adamant that they were the best. I got bright pink ones to spark joy, they have their own USB cord attached (great for me, but maybe not suitable for USB-C or micro users?) and they fully held their charge for the first 4 days of 8 hour use. 2 weeks in, I love them. Oh! They also price matched Harvey Norman at $34. Highly recommend.
r/AussieFrugal • Wireless earbuds ->But Bose quality. I had Soundsport with the wire behind and they failed after 6 months. Exchanged and they gave me Bose Sport Buds which then failed after 1.5 years. Their quality has taken a dive and I can't trust them again.
r/Earbuds • Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2024 Impressions ->Blew out the bass on my Bose Sport buds I used happily for 4 years and am looking for a replacement. I'm looking through many reviews, but none address whether these earbuds are fit for use when running. Most I got was "sweat resistant" and "great for your workout". Does anyone know or has experience running with these new buds?
r/bose • Bose QC Earbuds 2024 for running? ->With me at least the fins stay in place. I had the Bose Sport previously fall out on occasion, but these are more secure than those.
r/bose • Bose QC Earbuds 2024 for running? ->Ive always used bose sport or the quiet comforts because of how they fit. My old pair of sports are going on about 6-7 years but barely hold a charge. They are my backups, while one of my 3 year old quiet comforts just stopped working completely. I bought the Jlab ANC sport earbuds and they have been excellent. 1/3rd the price of Bose and honestly sound better IMO. the jlab app is nice and the be aware mode is great for running or activities when you're around others.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for bluetooth earbuds that aren't gonna crap out a month outside of warranty ->I use Bose sport for biking and hard work because the AirPods Pro 2 don’t stay in place.
r/NoStupidQuestions • Does anyone know of any cost efficient yet high quality earbuds? ->Everyone loves shokz but personally my favorite are Bose quiet comfort II. I always end up going back to Bose… the quality is just top notch and they are always the most comfortable and reliable (ie they never fall out) in my experience ETA before this I used the Bose sound sports (wire together but Bluetooth - which I loved and still use as a backup sometimes) and the Bose sport buds or whatever the successor to the sound sports were (not wire together), but I lost one and they don’t sell them anymore, hence the upgrade. They’ve all been the best of the best imo, Bose never disappoints.
r/Marathon_Training • What's the best headphone for running widely loved currently? ->I use Bose Sport Earbuds. They aren’t technically noise cancelling, but they’ll block out conversation level noise. They never fall out no matter what workout I’m doing, and they sound incredible for the price. I’ve had them for 5 years now, use daily, and have had zero issues. Highly recommended.
r/Deathcore • Recommended earbuds for casual listening? ->Bose sport for me.
r/kettlebell • Do it all earbuds which can stay in doing KB workouts ->Have bose sport earbuds. The sound is very nice but for calls, not great. They work. Had pixel a series that were so much better. Put a lot of hours on those and sweat. They stopped working sadly. The series a were my favorite buds of all time. I'd go pixel buds if I had a choice. Though I also have a cheap $40 pair from amazon call flybuds and they've lasted quite some time with no issues.
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->I LOVED the Bose sound sport and I'm so disappointed they stopped making them. The Bose sport buds that replaced them are just not the same. The so not stay in my ears properly and they are always falling out.
r/Marathon_Training • What's the best headphone for running widely loved currently? ->My most comfortable headphones are shokz but they make my ears stick out so I don't wear them often running 🙃 mostly just around the house. My faves to run are my bose sports, they never fall out ever and I can wear them under ear warmers in the winter. I wear one and tuck the other in my pocket or bra.
r/XXRunning • What are some good Running Headphones you'll recommend buying right now? ->I’ve had the Bose sports, aftershokz, and Jabra. My favorite is just the AirPod Pros.
r/XXRunning • To runners, what are the best headphones for running you've tried or heard of so far? ->after dropping my black Bose ear bud and having to basically lay on the floor after landing to find it, I went to regular headphones. I actually forgot my earbuds and bought them in the airport for like $25. I had no idea that looks wise they are almost identical Apple ones, and honestly they work great. I started wearing them in the gym too, because air pods / buds always fall out for me.
r/TravelHacks • Suggestions for noise canceling headphones for flights ->The Bose sound cancelling ear buds are what I use. The best I’ve had out of several brands. They are expensive but knock out more noise than anything else I’ve used (apple, Sony, beats,) But I’d suggest buying the “sport” ones, because they are exposed to sweat, dust and everything else.
r/lawncare • Absolute best Mowing headphones? ->From being a consumer the last half a decade, they're at the bottom when it comes to mic/call quality. I don't think it's ever been their strong suit, as that's an important feature for me.
r/bose • Wireless earbuds all have awful mics? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
