The Bose QC Ultra buds were my number one for the gym until I tried the Denon Perl Pro with the wing tips. They sound better and they really lock into your ear. I use the Bose now for airplane travel.
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for Working Out? - Recommend me some please! ->Mine absolutely do not block out keyboards. But it certainly is functional.
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for iPhone besides Apple Products ->Oh gotcha, yeah I agree with that. So that obviously means it depends on the type of music as well, but yeah if I have any music at a reasonable volume I won't hear anything.
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for iPhone besides Apple Products ->I got some Denon pearls and they sound great. Stay in my ear when running and keep a lot of the noise out.
r/Earbuds • What are currently the best wireless earbuds? ->I love my Denon pearls. £73 on amazon. Bargain.
r/Earbuds • Best wireless earbuds? ->Denon PerL at woot right now for 39.99
r/Earbuds • What is the Best Budget Earbuds to Buy Now? ->Denon Perl / Perl Pro have the option to disable touch controls in the app - just set "do nothing" for all potential actions. AVIOT has a similar function. So does Samsung for the Buds series, and Sony for the WF series. Thinking about it now I'm not sure I've owned a pair of tws with touch controls from any major brand that didn't have a fairly straightforward way of disabling them.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Wireless Earbuds That "Lock"/Disable Touch Controls? ->Good for you for trying but the data is pretty bad I think. For example, there's a significant difference between the Liberty 4, the Liberty 4 NC, and the 4 Pro. And I'm sure the 4NC has been recommended way more than your data show. There's also a big difference between the Denon PerL (listed) and the Perl Pro. The pro is one of the most recommended ~$300 bud here, and it's not registered in your list. Same with Nothing (which I have and I think what you've listed) vs Nothing (a) (which is cheaper but gets recommended way more. Not your fault really because the manufacturers use stupid repetitive model names, and we use abbreviations (az-80 instead of the manufacturer name, or super abbreviations like L4NC).
r/Earbuds • I analyzed the 25 most recommended wireless earbuds on reddit ->I have an iPhone. I’ve been using the Denon PerL for a little more than a year
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for iPhone besides Apple Products ->I have no issues. They sound great, I haven't used the airpod pro, so I don't have comparisons with the airpod pro. But speaking generally, the ANC is good. The earbuds entirely block out sounds like keyboard typing and air-conditoner / heating units. I take the NYC subway, and the earbuds reduce the sound of the trains by a lot (I can still hear it, of course. But it's reduced). As for battery life - I use the Denon PerL (not the Denon PerL pro, which has a higher battery life). I put my Denon PerL's on around 7:20AM before I head out the door to work. I get the "battery low" prompt when the batteries reach 20%. That happens usually around 12:30PM, though it can vary and occur around 1PM too. I could push the battery to zero by going another hour or so, but I just reach for the charger at that point. So 5-6 hours battery on the Denon PerL
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for iPhone besides Apple Products ->Mine blocks out any keyboard typing. If I just wear the earbuds with no music playing - I would be able to hear keyboard typing (so maybe that’s what you mean?) But if I play any music with the ANC, I don’t hear the keyboard at all. I’ve used the Denon Perl’s on airplanes, and they block out the engine noise to a faint murmur
r/Earbuds • Best Earbuds for iPhone besides Apple Products ->I’ve had the Denon Perl’s since January 2024 . I actually found the fit to be better with the larger wingtips included in the package. With the default wingtips, the right side always seemed to feel loose
r/Earbuds • Denon PerL Pro - 2 month review ->I have the Denon Perls. They do give a notification when your battery dips under 20%. The voice prompt says “Battery Low.”
r/Earbuds • Denon PerL Pro - 2 month review ->The best over 1k are the Geekfly L6, hands down best sound quality out of all the ones I've tested, Noble Rex5, Devailet Gemini ll's, PI8s, Denon Perl, Sony M5, MTW4, and supports all the hi resolution wireless codecs, if you own a late model flagship phone your already to go for best wireless audio sound. Warranty and build quality by Geekfly is top notch. There isn't any tws on the market compares to the L6s.
r/Earbuds • WHAT ARE THE BEST EARBUDS? ->I have denon perl but would try svanar next
r/Earbuds • The Best Earbuds to Buy Right Now? ->If you ONLY use with your phone or don’t switch the device you’re using often, I don’t think you would miss them. I do love how easy it is to swap AirPods or beats from iPhone to iPad to Apple TV if needed. I use the regular AirPods 4 daily but I also use B&O EQ and Denon PerL quite often. They do sound different but nothing crazy. It really is hard to beat AirPods Pro as a jack of all trades. I am also impressed with the Skullcandy Rail ANC for the price. The B&O EQ and the Skullcandy offer multipoint pairing which is really nice to have. Last thing I’ll say is that AirPods and beats have the nice feature where it will readout your messages to you as they come in if you just have them in and not listening to anything.
r/Earbuds • Should I move away from AirPods? ->Nothing Ear 2s absolutely rock. I mainly use the following earbuds as daily drivers: Nothing Ear 2s, Denon Perl, Oneplus Buds Pro 2, Status Between 3ANC, AirPods Pro 2, Moto Buds+, LG Tone Free T90Q Also just recently picked up the Phillips Fidelio T1s and they are really good. In terms of sound quality and value: Denon Perls go on sale often, you can pick up a gently used/open box Nothing Ear 2s for under $100 (same with the LGs and OP Buds Pro 2) Status BT3ANC also regularly go on sale. The Moto Buds+ are $100 new and are a crazy value, they are tuned by Bose and have Dolby Atmos. The one big drawback is that their app is not available on iPhones. You can get the Fidelio T1s new off Amazon for like $50, their app is buggy so I don’t really use it but they sound great. For fitness I’d say the Status BT3ANC or Denons are best, because they have wingtips to help keep them in your ears
r/Earbuds • What are the current best wireless earbuds? ->You guys aren’t kidding, these things are an insane value at $25. I also own the following earbuds: Nothing Ear 2 Denon Perl AP Pro 2 Moto Buds+ OP Buds Pro 2 1MORE Aero & Colorbuds Cleer Ally Plus II LG Tone T90Q Phillips Fidelio T1 Status Between 3ANC And if I’m being honest…. I’d put the Moondrops up against most of these earbuds. They easily outperform both of the 1More earbuds and the Cleer Ally Plus IIs, I’d rate them honestly about on par with the LG Tone T90Qs & Oneplus Buds Pro 2, with my Status Between 3ANCs, my Moto Buds+, my AirPods Pro 2 bringing up 6th-4th on my list. My top three are the Denon Perls, the Phillip Fidelio T1s, and my Nothing Ear 2s . So my final list of my earbuds rankings are: 1. Nothing Ear 2 2. Phillips Fidelio T1 3. Denon Perl 4. AirPods Pro 2 5. Moto Buds+ 6. Status Between 3ANC 6.5. OnePlus Buds Pro 2 & LG Tone T90Q 7. Moondrop Space Travel, and honestly as I listen to them more, they may move up. 8. Both 1Mores in a tie (the Aeros & Colorbuds) 9. Cleer Ally Plus II (I’ve bought these twice and have been disappointed in them both times) I realize I kinda turned this post into a “rank my earbuds” list, but seriously, the Moondrop Space Travels are the best sounding earbuds I’ve ever heard for less than $50. Are they built to challenge the audiophile quality pairs like the Fidelios and the Nothing Ears? No, but for $25 they’re amazing sounding. They’re perfect for just running around every day or going to the gym. Since they’re so cheap, they’re perfect for those situations where if you lose them or they break, you don’t have to lose sleep over replacing them. I get that this post seems like I’m doing a paid promo for Moondrop. It’s not that lol, I’ve just never been this impressed with a cheap pair of earbuds like I have been with the Moondrop Space Travels. My only complaint is, they’re kinda hard to get out of the case.
r/Earbuds • Got the Moondrop Space Travel earbuds today and….. ->I have a pair of TWS, Technics AZ80, and i tried to upgrade to the Denon Perl.... it sounded great but something was off, dont know if its was the poor isolation or the timbre, but something was there at the back of my head saying "take them off, the sound and feel wrong" and the TWS are great, i use them when i got out to bars or around town, but they just arent at the level of the BTR17 + the Xenns pro.
r/headphones • fiio qx13 or qudelix t71 ->I have been lured into the Pearls from reviews on reddit, and I am not impressed. My go to earbuds before was Soundcore Liberty Pro 3. But at some point they only lasted 1 hour after a recharge, which wasn't enough. So I looked reviews etc and was intrigued by the Pearls. But as I said, I'm not impressed. They are okay, but that's it. Overall sound is on par with my old ones. Noise cancellation is not better. They talk too much, and some of the tap stuff are not just as great imo. Double tap you actually need to be quite fast. That's just annoying. Also, the fit is just not as good. And I've tried every tip. Compared to the Soundcores they fall out way too easily. So, they are not bad per se, but I would really want another pair of Soundcores if I could repick.
r/Earbuds • Best sounding earbuds? I'm confused ->Regular Denon PerLs are insanely good sounding too. Just a tad less bass than the pros but this bass is a woofer anyways
r/Earbuds • Any recommendations? For more powerful bass & quality audio earbuds ->The only time I've noticed when they kinda crap out persay is like in heavy heavy traffic (let's say walking the streets of a busy city with lots of lights, electronics etc) they'll sort of cut in and out idky but the sound alone I don't mind it lmaoo. Not sure if the pro model does this but if not just go for those as I believe they're on sale rn
r/Earbuds • Any recommendations? For more powerful bass & quality audio earbuds ->I've been here for a minute and these are good options but some are better than others by leagues. I'd never compare the Bose to the denon perls. I think the sonys and Panasonic are worse than perls but way better than the Bose also.
r/Earbuds • I analyzed Reddit for the 20 most recommended wireless earbuds in the past year ->Sounds like I'd like em if I didn't have perls. I like the hearing test they have with Massimo or however you spell it. I put a 10 band eq over to make it even more full and I have an adapter(creative btw6)to boost the signal for 24bit 96. I couldn't improve. Do you use stock tips? I use azla xlastics, and foams when I'm in a noisy environment. The sound funnels into your ears more uniform, good for the surround sound of the pros
r/Earbuds • I analyzed Reddit for the 20 most recommended wireless earbuds in the past year ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
