I also had a good experience with their support (a few years back). Had an issue with my Air Pro 2 (can't remember what it was exactly, I think one bud started making glitchy noises). They sent out a new set without any hassle.

went through the same thing with my old Jabras. I picked up the EarFun Air Pro 2 surprisingly great sound and ANC for the price. Also considered the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro. Both are solid around $100 and great for workouts and travel.

I think sort of by design Bluetooth Earbuds are not buy it for life. They're inherently pretty disposable. That said, I have had great luck with EarFun brand earbuds. I've had two different sets, and they've held up to a pretty rigorous indoor cycling sweating regimen. I had a pait without ANC, and now a set with ANC. The ANC version doesn't do the best job of noise cancellation anymore; I think water got in some of the mics and caused issues. The non-anc version works the same as the day I got them, in April 2021. First pair were EarFun Air (2021). Second pair was Earfun Air Pro 3 (2023)

I personally use the airpods pro because I have a macbook and iphone, so its super convenient, but Id also recommend the Bose quiet comfort earbuds or earfun air pro if you're on a budget. You can find some good options [in this thread](https://www.reddit.com/user/BrushWild1866/comments/1n9hfgg/the_best_wireless_earbuds/)

I have used a lot of earbuds, but the best for price, quality, and features are the Realme Buds Air Pro series and the Earfun Air Pro. You can find them for around 50 euros on AliExpress.

Anything from Earfun are fantastic, I've had a couple of different variants of the 'Air' model. Also, the Soundcore by anker P20i are brilliant value and sound good. I am a bit picky when it comes to sound, but these are all great choices. Will they be as good as AirPods Pro 2? No, but they are probably 75% as good for almost 10% of the price. I have had these ones I mentioned, and now have AirPods Pro 2, so I am talking from experience.
