"I use EarFun Free Pro 3 (UK £57) for various workouts, including running, indoor cycling, and bench workouts. ... They have the essential ear hooks, if you're not used to them it will take a couple of weeks to get accustomed to them but once you have done so you will see they stay in the ears. ... I cannot use TWS without ear hooks for workouts, they will just eventually slip out. ... If you do anything that involves moving your head through an angle, such as sit-ups and pres-ups, the in-ear canal will change shape as you move through the motions which will loosen the earphones so ear hooks are essential. ... Sweating certainly doesn't help, you will need ear hooks, if I haven't made that clear :) ... you really do need something like that, you have to remember that the earphones are fighting against gravity, sweat, inertial motion, ear canal shape changes, the odds are against us but find something that will lodge firmly into the ear ... that for me is the EarFun Free Pro 3."
