My Earfun OpenJump just came in today, first glance they are very good And the Huawei are a bit overpriced tbh, I feel like people will mainly buy premium priced clip on earbuds because of the brand Also thanks for reading the review 🙏
r/Earbuds • Soundpeats PearlClip Pro REVIEW | Potential Best Clip on Earbud Under $50 in 2025? ->At first use to my ears, the Pearlclip pro have much better bass and balanced, unspiky treble. The Earfun air good but they lack bass and the mids seem to be muted/recessed imo. But with EQ, they can both sound similar. I would go with the earfun if the Pearlclip are uncomfy for you
r/Earbuds • Soundpeats PearlClip Pro REVIEW | Potential Best Clip on Earbud Under $50 in 2025? ->You can try to buy some clip on or hook on style earbuds that don't go in the ear if that is causing any discomfort. Some options I would recommend are the Soundpeats PopClip or Pearlclip Pro. Soundcore also makes some great clips on earbuds that I've tried such as the c30i or c40i. And for hook on earbuds under 100 USD, I would mainly recommend the Earfun openjump.
r/Earbuds • Half in-ears earbuds that will sit stably in my ears? ->I hear this all the time re bone conduction quality being awful. Probably obvious, but good bone conduction is better than poor clip ones. I've been sent a few to review and without fail the bass on cheaper clip ons is weak. The shokz openrun pro, which are my go-to sports headphones, outclass all of them. There is one exception. I was sent a pair of hook style from Earfun. Open jump I think they are called. While I'm not a fan of the hook style, they at least managed some good bass and sound quality. And being Earfun they often have deals or vouchers to bring them down to a similar price to those Soundpeats. These had good instrument separation, soundstage and overall quality. The case is stupidly big, but the battery life is impressive. These are the only ones that sound better than the shokz. I believe the nothing ear open are even better and have better controls (I loathe touch sensors and the Earfuns are as terrible as you might expect), but I've never tried these and they are a step up in budget Comparing the soundpeats and Earfun apps I think I prefer the Earfun one, but unlike a previous poster I don't think the soundpeats app is complete trash. I've been sent about 20 sets of budget (sub £40GBP) earphones to test from companies like 1more, edifier, jlab and some other instantly forgettable brands and the soundpeats app is far from being the worst and better than the 'no app at all' that you usually get in this price bracket.
r/Earbuds • Bone conduction/open advice? ->I had a hard time deciding btwn these Pearlclip Pro & the even newer Earfun OpenJump. Being male & not so much into ear rings or clips, I went with the OpenJumps & ordered them last night. Got the GF the QCY crossky c30's & she likes it, alot. She says its as good as the Huawei Freeclip she's been using, not bad for something thats 8-9x cheaper. She's been wanting a spare clipbuds as she wears it all day, incl at work. Good review bud
r/Earbuds • Soundpeats PearlClip Pro REVIEW | Potential Best Clip on Earbud Under $50 in 2025? ->Hope you do a review on the OpenJumps. I've got the Fiil GS & I like it, alot. Its the most comfy open earbuds that literally disappears I've tried (incl the much vaunted Soundcore Aerofit 2) but also stays solidly in place even when doing the more extreme physical activities incl hanging upside down on the inversion table. Batt life's somewhat disappointing tho (claimed 10hrs but its a struggle to get 6+hrs) so decided to get the OpenJumps as spare. Mine likely wont be in for a coupla weeks Ya I agree the Huawei Freeclips are way overpriced but GF ordered it without asking me so it is what it is. That said, its a solid earbud & she enjoys it.
r/Earbuds • Soundpeats PearlClip Pro REVIEW | Potential Best Clip on Earbud Under $50 in 2025? ->Earfun. Game mode has almost zero latency
r/SteamDeck • Best wireless earbuds for steam deck? ->I like the Gamesir controllers. They have some cheap Bluetooth that are good quality. I like the earfun earbuds with the gaming mode. Cuts down the frequency distance but better short term use. Wife’s AirPods had noticeable lag. Earfuns did not.
r/retroid • Recommended earbuds and controller? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
