"amazing, amazing, amazing ANC performance for earbuds! ... not even close in ANC performance vs these (Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024)) ... I, for ANC, prefer the approach Bose takes, blocking out pretty much all frequencies."
"Noise cancellation is solid. ... It's on the level of the Bose QC Earbuds, my previous daily driver, and actually sounds cleaner and feels better in the ear. ... Yes! I was also surprised by how good ANC is compared to the Bose buds. ... 10 ... The ANC on the PBP2 is better. ... Mine are much, much better than both my PBP1 and my Bose QCs."
"noise cancelling headphones are such a blessing for me. i've always been sensitive to noise and i get overstimulated easy when out in public. they give me silence and privacy when I need it. worth every cent!"

"I put them in my ear, put the helmet on, then do one final “push” with my finger to seat them in my ear for the ride. ... The batteries die before they work out of my ear."
"they are so comfortable that both I and my husband have had to feel our ears to check whether we were still wearing them."
"Also super bonus I've never head banged with earphones this hard besides with these soundcores, they stick to me like glue even when I'm in a metal mood and I'm headbanging for a good hour."

"it sounds fucking amazing. ... I was blown away at Best Buy. I thought this was fake somehow like there is no way this thing is producing that bass and that level. ... The speaker is phenomenal. ... At first it was almost too bass heavy; but after an hour or two of playtime it broke in and the mids came alive, without loosing any bass. ... it still sounds fucking incredible."
"DIRAC which is like Dolby sound, so the soundstage is immersive and incredible. ... I could hear the orchestra turning the pages of their music. I could hear the hair of the bow as it glided across the bridge of a violin. It was like being in the middle of a concert hall. It was a little insane for this price range. ... The music had a broader soundstage back then in the studio...they took their time. Tweak your streaming service to lossless quality too, and then close your eyes and imagine the music happening TO YOU. Music should be a whole experience, not a time killer."
"still have quality sound and bass ... With a slight adjustment in the bass on Spotify + spatial sound, the Airpods fly! The bass and quality of the Airpods almost reach the same level as the XM4!"

"Have run 3 half's and 2 fulls, never have ran out of battery provided they are properly charged beforehand."
"I use it for the same reasons and love it. ... I would not consider the regular Apple Watch because of battery life."
"the battery life easily lasts 10+ hours."

"The app lets you connect to two devices at once for seemless swirching and so far definitely works better than the airpods. ... I have iphone, ipad, macbook, and apple watch, plus use PC at home and work and no issues with any of my devices."
"especially since I can use the single pair on both iPhone and android simultaneously. ... after the initial connect, all you have to do is pop the ear buds in and it’s connected to both phones"
"Seamless switching between mac and Android."

"Still won’t stay in my ears. ... Just returned those."
"could use neither and sent back ... really hurt my (small) ears"

"USE THE STOCK ONES, any other tip I tried outside the stock ones, really make the ANC WAY worse, by 60% I would say, and it’s not an exaggeration"
"having somewhat of a shittier ANC. ... For the use of buses or even home, don't even think about it, the ANC goes crazy with the sound of the engine and the passive noise reduction is almost non present. ... I'd rather not having headphones in the bus and actively listen to the engine than to have these headphones and having to actually listen to the engine as well + weird ANC noises + doghsit quality audio. ... this newer model somehow improves in actually nothing and somehow got an even worse ANC even though the first already barely even had at all. ... ANC: it does contain it, but it does not contain it. ... Bluetooth buds have one purpose which is having ANC, and sounding slightly good. These couldn't even deliver on that."
"they are not noise canceling"

"The sound coming from the TOZOs sounded "anemic as fuck" and I couldn't get them to sound anywhere as loud and powerful as the others."
"The nc9 had no volume or bass even after adjusting the eq,"
"found them very quiet ... On my PC or on my IPhone."

"the wind noise is terrible."
"Only issue like you mentioned in your post is when you’re cruising anywhere above like 20mph you’ll get the wind sound effect."
"These are very loud in the wind if you can't stake well because they depend on staking."

"Only complaint is the touch pad on the ear bud causes songs to skip or pause when I need to adjust it while I'm in the gym. ... Seems impossible to touch it at all without activating some kind of control."
"They don't hit the mark on the button controls, using the touch controls."
I use my pixel buds pros!! Mint earbuds with decent battery and anc/transparency, but the sound quality is great. No connectivity issues either, pair to my phone and deck at the same time so I don't have to faf with that
r/SteamDeck • What Earbuds do you use ->Pro 2 fits a lot better - I have both and I stopped using 1st Gen pro.
r/pixelbuds • Pixel buds pro or pro 2 ->I finally bought something off the Google store, super seamless. The earbuds were great. I think they were around $250. Definitely have decent low end bass tones in it. All in all I'd give them a B+
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->The pixel buds pro are the ones I just picked up. Definitely a great price, durable, practical, I love that Google, basically copied Sony's software, and it's an American company. That's the American way in a sense of taking technology and then creating a business in America. It was the first time I ever used the Google store, it took minutes, shipped fast, was a lovely buying experience; and as the Google store gets bigger and bigger, I'm sure they'll add to their product line. Definitely great overall Price point for a great product that hopefully lasts a while. I think mine are maybe 6 months old, barely used but definitely practical for phone calls temporarily, maybe a webinar, computer use for zoom calls Different colors, nice sleek 3D printing, sinks seamlessly with the phone. I think I had issues with an old Sony over the ear that we're about 350, it seemed they just wouldn't sink or were degenerate with an old MetroPCS Samsung phone I had. I think that's why I got frustrated, I might have damaged them, but luckily I bought him at Best buy and I could just return them as I had the warranty. * The Sony ones I bought for an ex-girlfriend, I thought they were extremely good for the price, I can't reference the sound, maybe check the frequencies, and the actual math data in between the two and find out between the Sony's And the pixel buds, for 75 bucks. What do you get? Are you getting deeper frequencies, maybe deeper bases, so that might be an angle to consider and check if you have the final two.
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->I got pixel 6 pro and am still using pixel buds pro. Sometimes a little buggy but I'm not done with them yet
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->I have Pixel buds Pro. Love them Bose Quiet Comfort- they're nice. and some cheap sound core fro. Amazon.. perfect for work
r/GooglePixel • What wireless earbuds are you using with your pixel ? ->I have the Pixel Buds Pro 2, the original Pixel Buds Pro, AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Max, and Sony WF1000XM4s. The best phone call device I have though is the Ray Ban Metas. They are incredible.
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds should I use for phone calls? ->They can be worth it if you value them. IMO, I can't trust anything less than $100 USD. I've bought a few pairs to try to convince me otherwise but end up going back to my expensive earbuds. The lowest pair I own are the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, JBL Tour Pro 3, Apple Airpods Pro 2, Google Pixel Buds Pro, and Soundscore Liberty 3 Pro. My preferred earbuds are the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra and Sony WF-1000XM5. I want to try more expensive earbuds, but at that point, over the ear are better.
r/Earbuds • Are expensive earbuds worth it? ->Now this is just my experience. Unless, you bought the pixel 8 Pro on launch day, pixel buds a series, and pixel watch 2. And then for 6 months you could only use the watch and phone together or the watch and the earbuds together but not all three and not the phone and the buds. So there's that. (Multi Point) To be fair, I did wind up with the pixel buds Pro. Those work pretty well other than the left earbud always stays connected to my phone for some reason no matter what I do. And then the right one just dies in the case. But hey whatever they sound great when they work.
r/pixel_phones • Which ear buds to get? ->My pro 1, after 2 years of teams calls and music daily use, had seriously lost much of the battery life (can't stand 2 hours teams call... Not that my brain can do much better but... So far I have to) So I decided to do the upgrade and go for Technics AZ100, sound was disappointing and voice isolation horrible and robotic, People started joking me if I was simulating my voice with a neural model. So I returned and went for pro 2. Sound is not that bad as they say, it's just "different" after some week I can say that it's a more "educated" sound, you need to give some time to your ears to digest it, but in the end I can say that PBP 2 sounds a little better than PBP 1. Sound is richer and more detailed and bass is more gentle and again detailed, especially in vynil ripped music, I can better feel the punchy sounds without all that bass that was pumped out the 1s. If you want more bass you can play with the equalizer and get the same sound of the 1s
r/pixelbuds • Pixel buds pro or pro 2 ->I had major problems with PBP1 when listening and eating. I often listen to audiobooks or podcasts on my lunch breaks. PBP1 would very often work /wiggle their way out of my ears when I was chewing food etc... Driven me mad sometimes. I guess you could call them "Pixel Buds Pho" when they drop into your soup :) I know it sounds like a 1st world problem but I hope they fixed this in PBP2s given that they do have a small tab helping them to latch inside the ear better. Anyone can comment?
