"amazing, amazing, amazing ANC performance for earbuds! ... not even close in ANC performance vs these (Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (2024)) ... I, for ANC, prefer the approach Bose takes, blocking out pretty much all frequencies."
"Noise cancellation is solid. ... It's on the level of the Bose QC Earbuds, my previous daily driver, and actually sounds cleaner and feels better in the ear. ... Yes! I was also surprised by how good ANC is compared to the Bose buds. ... 10 ... The ANC on the PBP2 is better. ... Mine are much, much better than both my PBP1 and my Bose QCs."
"noise cancelling headphones are such a blessing for me. i've always been sensitive to noise and i get overstimulated easy when out in public. they give me silence and privacy when I need it. worth every cent!"

"This is where they really shine. ... Transparency mode is fantastic - it feels super natural, almost like you're not wearing earbuds at all. ... This feature is the most important to me in any earbuds and out of the many I've tried, these are hands down the best. ... Transparency would have made or broke these for me, and they deliver in spades. ... Best I've heard on any earbuds, and most over the ears, with the exception of the Airpods Max. Those sound like you're wearing nothing at all. This is the closest to that I've ever heard. ... No static here."
"The AP2 are gold standard for transparency for me, every aspect I just described is handled well."

"I put them in my ear, put the helmet on, then do one final “push” with my finger to seat them in my ear for the ride. ... The batteries die before they work out of my ear."
"they are so comfortable that both I and my husband have had to feel our ears to check whether we were still wearing them."
"Also super bonus I've never head banged with earphones this hard besides with these soundcores, they stick to me like glue even when I'm in a metal mood and I'm headbanging for a good hour."

"Literally couldn't think of any pair of IEMs + dongle dacs could sound as analytical as the C3P+ for around $70. ... detail is just sooo much better. The C3P+ is just leagues ahead the I5 in terms of detail and resolution. ... the C3P+ is actually the closest sounding one to really expensive iems or headphone that I have."
"delivers the full package here. ... betting the house regarding this on this pair was fully worth it. ... It matches up (I would not say surpasses) a lot of wired in-ear monitors within this price bracket and slightly above. ... The prowess it shows in keeping the instrument separation clean is something that I really, really appreciate myself for buying this pair, not to mention the rumbly yet controlled, precise lows keep on coming and the highs soar without spice, without hurting your ears."
"Nothing short of a home run, here- the Ear once again brings me all; the way the bass hits on this track is very impactful but not bloated, punchy but not overpowering, and Kendrick’s powerful vocals shine through bright, while I enjoyed the way the Sax keeps on coming in at the right junctions of the song, and the way the cymbals play out on this track is probably one of the best I have heard through amongst all the gear that I have owned and currently own- the first in a wireless, and one of the few if I consider all. ... the timbre sounds natural and uncoloured"

"great transparent mode that doesn't feel artificial"
"Google wins hands down. ... I like the subtle tones Google uses for connections, mode switching etc. ... PBP2 has better features. Wireless charging, conversation detection etc. ... I LOVE how simple the PBP2's are and work. ... Google has it down perfect."
"never drops out"

"Do you also have a high frequency noise when you're doing a phonecall with the JBLs? ... So weird that this hissing noise is only appearing when making a phone call. I haven't heard that noise in any other scenario. ... I unfortunately have it when just connecting via Bluetooth to my Androids or Windows PCs. ... Does anyone else has a high pitched beeping while on phone calls with the JBL Pro Tour 3? Really annoying and only noticeable during phone calls."
"it's not effective in noisy environments. ... You have to speak very loudly."
"couldn't use them for phone calls at all. ... Sound quality on phone calls was still just bad. ... I have to put them out to be able to make a call."

"the multi point connection on the headphones doesn't even work, I downloaded the app, I turn the option on, and it asks for me to agree, I agree and does nothing. The slider stays off, and I repeated the process thousands of times. ... 2 device connections (advertised but not delivered) ... false advertising with the unusable two device pairing."
"they have connectivity issues"
"HOWEVER, and this is the only downside I really hate and see as a wtf missed opportunity, is the lack of multipoint. Come on..."

"I'm now on my 3rd pair of PBP2 under warranty (probably have at least another) since they have the fatal mic failure flaw that will always appear a few months in. ... There should be a Class Action on this BS. ... Most seem to have mic failures for RMA's. ... I REALLY hope I'm on my last exchange but I just don't have a lot of hope. I really feel all of these have this issue eventually and a lot of people just aren't sensitive to it. ... Unless your ears produce no oil, no wax, no sweat, I can't see it never happening. ... The first pair lasted 3 months. For the second I kept the buds and my own ears as clean as I could. This made them last 7 months before the issue. ... For this pair I'm just going to use them as the first but keep them clean but not overboard like last time. It's not worth it to me if they will fail anyway..."
"the mics are trash! ... No one hears me well, wind kills my voice, it hears what is around me than myself."
"The right bud is hissing every now and then"

"Oh, I go to the gym a lot and these are a horrible choice. ... They become distorted and I hear crackling sounds during exercising and movements. ... Nothing crazy, no jumping or HIIT exercises."
"snap crackle pop sound when exercising with a helmet or headband on that was not fixed with a different ear tip and does not happen on Pro1. ... Something about even light pressure of fabric on the bud makes this happen."
"one of them tried to deafen me"

"I just wouldn't recommend them to people who want a good transparency/ambient mode, that's the only reason I got the b3ps and use those as my daily driver instead."
"The right bud is hissing every now and then"
"The white noise in transparency is quite high. It's a consequence of using microphones but Bose is not good with mic quality so I suspect it's because of the low quality mics. It was so high it was bothersome to me. I returned them."
I've seen mixed reviews for the pro 2. Some love the wing and it helps it fit but others say it digs into their ears. I have small ears though which is why they stay in my ears better than other people experiences
r/samsunggalaxy • Earphone recommendations ->I use my pixel buds pros!! Mint earbuds with decent battery and anc/transparency, but the sound quality is great. No connectivity issues either, pair to my phone and deck at the same time so I don't have to faf with that
r/SteamDeck • What Earbuds do you use ->Pro 2 fits a lot better - I have both and I stopped using 1st Gen pro.
r/pixelbuds • Pixel buds pro or pro 2 ->Go with the 2s. They're smaller, much more secure, it's not a close comparison. Good luck!
r/pixelbuds • Pixel buds pro or pro 2 ->This^ I just went down this rabbit hole and everyone's opinions online varied wildly from my own in person experiences. I ended up keeping Galaxy Buds 3 Pro (pixel phone). I tried Pixel Buds Pro 2, JBL Tour Pro 3, OnePlus Buds Pro 3, and Nothing Pro (2024).
r/Earbuds • Best wireless earbuds? ->I finally bought something off the Google store, super seamless. The earbuds were great. I think they were around $250. Definitely have decent low end bass tones in it. All in all I'd give them a B+
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->The pixel buds pro are the ones I just picked up. Definitely a great price, durable, practical, I love that Google, basically copied Sony's software, and it's an American company. That's the American way in a sense of taking technology and then creating a business in America. It was the first time I ever used the Google store, it took minutes, shipped fast, was a lovely buying experience; and as the Google store gets bigger and bigger, I'm sure they'll add to their product line. Definitely great overall Price point for a great product that hopefully lasts a while. I think mine are maybe 6 months old, barely used but definitely practical for phone calls temporarily, maybe a webinar, computer use for zoom calls Different colors, nice sleek 3D printing, sinks seamlessly with the phone. I think I had issues with an old Sony over the ear that we're about 350, it seemed they just wouldn't sink or were degenerate with an old MetroPCS Samsung phone I had. I think that's why I got frustrated, I might have damaged them, but luckily I bought him at Best buy and I could just return them as I had the warranty. * The Sony ones I bought for an ex-girlfriend, I thought they were extremely good for the price, I can't reference the sound, maybe check the frequencies, and the actual math data in between the two and find out between the Sony's And the pixel buds, for 75 bucks. What do you get? Are you getting deeper frequencies, maybe deeper bases, so that might be an angle to consider and check if you have the final two.
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->I got pixel 6 pro and am still using pixel buds pro. Sometimes a little buggy but I'm not done with them yet
r/GooglePixel • What earbuds are you guys using with your Pixel? ->Pixel Buds Pro 2. I'm happy with them, but I wouldn't have gotten them at full price. There are definitely better models available for the money
r/GooglePixel • What wireless earbuds are you using with your pixel ? ->I used to love my pixel buds, bud they randomly decided to do this thing where they connect to things while in the case, so they constantly discharge themselves and are therefore unusable. Still sad about it tbh
r/SteamDeck • What headphones you pair your Steam Deck with? ->I use Pixel Buds Pro 2 in the gym for the noise cancelling and use Jabra Elite Active 8 for running because they come lose
r/pixel_phones • Favorite earbuds or headphones for Pixel users? ->I have Pixel buds Pro. Love them Bose Quiet Comfort- they're nice. and some cheap sound core fro. Amazon.. perfect for work
r/GooglePixel • What wireless earbuds are you using with your pixel ? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
