For earbuds i only tried Huawei and they are great sound and battery life. Not so much on noise cancellation if nothing was playing. Tried both the free bud pro, and the clip
r/Kuwait • Looking for the Best Wireless Earbuds ->Huawei Freeclip if I want something small Recently got the PX7 S3 and it's great for Deck as well.
r/SteamDeck • What headphones you pair your Steam Deck with? ->I'm currently using the Huawei Freeclip everyday and I'm curious how it compares to the OpenDots
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->I love my Tozo Open Ears! I also have the Huawei Free Clip and the Soundcore C30i Clip, but the Tozos are my go to. They are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them and they have a great battery life. No wireless charging, but they don‘t need to be charged very often!
r/Earbuds • Best Open Earbuds for $80 ($100 max) or under? ->I also have weird shaped ears. I’ve started using the clip on earbuds instead at least at the gym. I really like the Huawei Freeclip
r/Earbuds • Any alternatives for uneven ears? (AirPods Pro 2 fall out of one ear) ->I have both. The freeclip is way more comfortable, you barely feel it's there at all. But the aeroclip sounds better, there a little more bass and volume in comparison. Also the battery on the aeroclip is much better. Freeclip has really bad battery life, it is much smaller than the other. Im getting about 4 hours on the Huawei and 6.5 on the aeroclip.
r/Earbuds • Soundcore AeroClip vs Huawei FreeClip ->Great review!! I just bought them a couple nights ago on Amazon...I actually used Brannon No d's code from his review and got them for about $32 with tax. I had the Huawei Freeclip and they blew my mind how good they were. I ended up returning them because the controls are very finicky. I saw a couple reviews of these PearlClips and so far everyone says they are great, so I am going to check them out, especially for $30.
r/Earbuds • Soundpeats PearlClip Pro REVIEW | Potential Best Clip on Earbud Under $50 in 2025? ->I also got the BC1 from Amazon, coming today. They were like $27 or so from Amazon US with $10 off and another 15% or something. I had the MC1 and really liked them, and they lasted forever. They just didn't have very good mic quality. There are only a couple "ring" or "clip" style buds that do. I have the best, the Huawei FreeClips, and I also tried and really liked the Soundcore AeroClips, but those clamped a little too tight for me. Hurt after a couple hours. I can literally wear the Huawei FreeClip all day until they die, which takes about 10 hours. Anyway, I am excited to try the BC1 and hopefully they are really good.
r/Earbuds • open earbuds (to replace my soundcore c30i) ->NICE!! I just saw these were released in the US today. I wasn't even tracking them. I definitely wonder how they stack up against my Huawei Freeclips. I wasn't a fan of the "earring" style at first, but they are so comfortable I don't care anymore. I had the Soundcore AeroClips as well and loved them, but they did hurt after a couple hours somehow...the clamp is a bit more than my Freeclips. I am quite interested in these!
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->If you are already wearing earmuffs or whatever for work, consider the only IP67 rated buds...but they are CLIP style...the Baseus Bowie MC1 Pro. I have them and they are great. I have been using earbuds for about 5 years now and I really like the clip style. My daily drivers are the Huawei FreeClip, but they are $200. The MC1 Pro are about $70 or less on sale. They retail for $90 but you shouldn't have to pay that much. If you need great ANC, call quality, and moisture protection, someone already mentioned the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2...that is everything all in one. Probably can't go wrong with them, honestly. r/Earbuds • Why can’t I get ANY reliable wireless earbuds? ->Do you care about ANC even? If not, may want to consider Clip style. I have the Huawei FreeClip and they are amazing, with the most comfortable fit you can imagine. If doesn't even feel like you are wearing anything. And they last 9+ hours. I also have the Baseus MC1 Pro, and they are also great, but maybe a 7-8 out of 10, and the FreeClip are a 9 out of 10. They are both completely open, and let all noise from the outside in...seriously...you don't even realize you are wearing them they are THAT comfortable. They are actually SO comfortable, it is hard to even use earbuds that go IN your ear after you wear these for awhile.
r/Earbuds • I HATE NOISE CANCELLING Earbud Recommendations ->It was about 8-9 hours. 8 or more is excellent. I have the Huawei FreeClip and they are the best of this style, and basically the FIRST of this style. It is pretty crazy. The FreeClip also last 9-10 hours.
r/Earbuds • Affordable open ear buds with long battery life? ->Honestly either way you can't go wrong. I think I'm more of a fan of the clip style because I wear glasses. I also use the Huawei free clip. But honestly the shokz openfits are still amazing. I mainly use those for the gym. I also forget I'm wearing them most of the time I'm like the clips.
r/Earbuds • Best open earbud ->I have both and this is an extremely fair assessment. I didn't get to test phone calls yet. I do know that the Freeclips is absolutely amazing at cutting out background noise to the caller.
r/Earbuds • Soundcore AeroClip vs Huawei FreeClip ->Actually yes they are very comfortable. They feel slightly larger than the free clip. But they do fit very well in my large ears and my wife's very small ears. They also have these small silicone covers in medium and large to add extra grip, but it's not needed for either of us as they hold very well. I tried the pieces just for the sake of trying and they actually made the buds feel a little uncomfortable. The aero clip does have much louder volume than the free clip making it much better for my loud gym.
r/Earbuds • Soundcore AeroClip vs Huawei FreeClip ->I have 3 of the 4 on your list. I love the sounds of the Bose but the mi. Isn't great. The freeclips are pretty good. The shokz are ok. I have incredibly sensitive ears so after an hour or less they all start to hurt. This I am still on a quest. I use the bose the most due tonsound and thwm the freeclips.
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->I bought few days ago Huawei Freeclip (Amazon Italy) and they are just PERFECT for calling, listening normal music (since they are open, bass is not as "perfect" as in-ear buds) and most important, the wearability! It seems the sound comes from a loudspeaker near you: very nice feeling I can finally use buds for ALL day long without continuously adjusting their position and without "feeling" them in my ears! Sometimes i wonder if i am wearing them or not! Considering them, i am just asking myself why no1 though about earring buds... The only CON is the price: 180€ for me is too much for an earbud (i mean for earbuds in general...Bose is even way worse!) P.S. Before them i bought Soundcore C30i and even they were very nice, they are made of rigid plastic and after few hours i felt a little pain on my ears. Calling was even worse (metallic voice if you are on a windy/noisy place)
r/Earbuds • Semi Open or Open Earbuds with great call quality ->Hi, I just LOVE them! Long lasting battery, i forget they are on my ears, i can listen music AND sounds around me, mics are great (people hear you well in all conditions), touch controls....
r/Earbuds • Semi Open or Open Earbuds with great call quality ->I use Huawei free clips. They've never fallen out
r/yoga • Best headphones for yoga? ->If you don't mind about noise cancelling get the Huawei Freeclips. If you want noise cancelling get the Huawei Freebuds Pro (2, 3 or 4, they are all good). I personally use the Freeclips for everything, they are the most comfy and sport friendly earbuds imo.
r/Earbuds • I want a pair of headphones for the gym and I have two options: the QCY T13 ANC or the Redmi Buds 6 Lite. Which one do you recommend and why? ->Huawei Free Clip or other open ear headphones. Really good for running as they also allow you to hear your surroundings. They also have better sound quality than bone conduction headphones.
r/beginnerrunning • Ear buds that don’t fall out? ->I've grown to love clip on style buds like the Bose ultra open and similar for this situation. I don't have the bose specifically though but have been using the huawei freeclips, which worked really well for the office environment.
r/Earbuds • Wireless earbuds for 8+ hour shifts with ambient noise pass-through? ->As a long-term Huawei FreeClip user, I just got the brand-new Shokz OpenDots ONE which was released in China around three days ago. It's still early days but they already win in the fit/comfort and sound departments. I didn't bother trying the Bose Ultra Open after reading about its poor call quality and other issues but the FreeClip really have one of the best mic pickup quality even in outdoors & windy situations. I only tried the OpenDots ONE for a couple of calls and they seem fine but I will need to test them more. The Shokz are the first in this type of form factor to have Dolby Audio which work surprisingly well. At the default profile they have fuller bass and surprisingly airy treble which I haven't experience in these type of open-air products. So far the downsides are: 1) Touch controls are reliable and include a two-finger pinch and hold which works well for adjusting volume but you can't skip tracks as of now, I hope future firmware updates will bring more touch controls. 2) There's no low-latency gaming mode. 3) Their MSRP here in China is slightly higher than the Huawei FreeClip although I could buy them for 15% off after some kind of government subsidy intended to boost consumer spending.
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->Well after using the Shokz OpenDots ONE as a daily driver and bringing them with me for a five-day trip, I've overall been quite satisfied with their performance. I think they definitely fit better than the Huawei FreeClip with almost no wiggle room to move around once they're in position. I've worn them for almost a half day without feeling uncomfortable. I believe their mic pickup in noisy conditions is very, very good. Not only they worked well in my phone call tests, they were surprisingly good in the Duolingo app, with the app being able to recognize most of the words when I tried to speak in a crowded location. There has already been one firmware update since I got them although no new features were added. I think at this point I can probably sell the Huawei FreeClip and keep the Shokz for all my use cases that need an open air type, which can now include watching movies and TV shows with added support of Dolby audio.
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->It's not that the FreeClip could fall off, they don't and I've used them in workout sessions. It's just that they are overall larger than the Shokz OpenDots ONE and have a bit more wiggle room to be moved around or adjusted when wearing them. With the Shokz I can very easily just put them on and feel that I don't need to adjust their positions at all. If you can buy other Shokz models I am quite sure the OpenDots ONE will be available soon, perhaps around the same time as the US and the rest of Europe. I've already sold the FreeClip and feel quite satisfied with the Shokz being the replacement. They fit better, sound better and have at least same level of mic pickup for calls, if not slightly better.
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->I had the C30i last year but switched to the Huawei FreeClip after I found them to be a bit too tight for my ears. Call quality was also abysmal in outdoor environments. I am sorry to hear that the AeroClip are so sensitive to the clip-on position... I have ordered the brand-new Shokz OpenDots ONE which seems to be quite a good all-rounder according to early reviews I've seen. I'll report on how they perform once I receive them in a few days.
r/Earbuds • Most comfortable open ear? ->I have huawei free clip and love them!!
r/Earbuds • First time using open-ear earbuds today, love them ->I went Huawei Freeclips because my ears end up hurting a ton when I use traditional earbuds, and most actual headsets hit a pressure point behind my ear that tends to trigger headaches/migraines. They are kind of the best of both worlds for me because I can use them all day for work and despite being open ear, the sound and noise cancellation is great on them. They have cheaper versions of them on Amazon, and my sister uses a knockoff that she really likes. For audiobooks, you don’t have to have just the most phenomenal sound quality.
r/audible • What earbuds do you use? ->I use Huawei freeclips the majority of the time and they work pretty seemlessly. But they are open earphones, so a bit of an acquired taste. Rest of the time I use a qudelix 5k with a variety of wired headphones, also works great! I can't connect the lightphone to the car though, that's my one Bluetooth challenge with it.
r/LightPhone • Best headphones for light 3? Nothing working right ->The best open earbuds clip style in my opinion is still the Huawei freeclips. I own the Huawei, the shocks open dots in addition to the Bose open ultra and the soundcore clip style buds. Here is my honest opinion. If you care about music listening and battery life then the shocks are the best in that category followed by the Bose. If you care about call quality and noise cancelling during calls then Huawei is the the way and only way to go followed by the shockz And stay away and I mean awayyyy from the Bose they are the worst sounding call headphones ive used since the $10 Chinese ones I bought from a family dollar 20 years ago. If you want a balance music and calls get the shockz Best overall for calls, good music quality, decent battery life even though I would have loved for it to be longer but the good news is the buds are left right swappable so I usually wear one and have one in the case charging ready to go. That would be the Huawei freeclips. Again Bose are trash no matter what anyone would say to defend them! You can't put these type of mics in a $300 pair of earbuds that's just bananas. I hope this helps someone as I spent money on all 4 and tested them extensively even through software updates.
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->I have both and nothing comes close to the Huawei free clips in terms of call quality! The opendots are great for music and much better battery life than the Huawei but mic quality for calls is mileeeees ahead on the Huawei. I was disappointed in that
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->Huawei is very very light and do no shift while exercising, shokz have a better grip on the ears, overall I prefer the lighter weight of the Huawei as I keep going back to those.
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->I am using huawei free clip and these things are incredible. Sound quality on these makes the aftershocks sound like worthless junk. I foget they are in my ears half the time they are so comfy. And the battery life is great. If huawei is hard to find you can look at the nothing open and then bose free buds.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Do bone conduction earbuds exist? ->I have the FreeClips and I'm told the call quality is perfect. I'm told they sound like I'm on the handset itself. They will not fall off if you're sweating.
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->Doesn't seem so, I desided to buy huawei freeclips because they offer Bluetooth le audio with lc3 and auracast. Which the shokz do not support even if they are 2 years newer.
r/Earbuds • Shokz Opendots One. ->I have Huawei one for like 6 months, I only know that comfort is great and only time it fall off is when i remove my shirt and the shirt yank it out Never ask anyone about call quality , only know that I never had a problem with it
r/Earbuds • Bose ultra open VS huawei free clips VS Nothing open ear VS Shokz Openfit 2 ->Im using the huawei free clip, highly recommend it. inexpensive and effective.
r/yoga • Earbuds that don't block out ambient sound? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
