I use the Huawei Freelace Pro 2
Neckband type with built in USB C for charging. Fully charged in an hour and can play 25 hrs of music. 15 hours with noise cancelling (Yes, I re read the specs).
Great for long flights since the wireless ones can only last less than 8 hours per charge.
Has noise cancelling, normal, and awareness settings. I compared it to my SO’s airpod pros and can barely notice the difference.
Biggest plus for me is that I don’t lose one earbud when I sleep on long commutes. Also had no issues running with them.
Overall less battery life than most TWS, but if you have a powerbank you can just plug it in and leave it in your bag.
ANC earbuds.
The two that really stood out for me were the Jabra Evolve 75e (no longer made) and the Huawei Freelace Pro 2 earbuds. The are both over the neck style so there is no chance to loose them.
The ANC on both are amazing. The Jabra is also great for voice teleconferences and do a great job filtering out background mic noise.
The Freelace battery is good enough for international flights.
I just wish Jabra kept up that line as it was an essentially perfect headset (just missing USB-C).
The Freelace is the closest match and has USB-C. Unfortunately Huawei is difficult to purchase in the US.
