"I put them in my ear, put the helmet on, then do one final “push” with my finger to seat them in my ear for the ride. ... The batteries die before they work out of my ear."
"they are so comfortable that both I and my husband have had to feel our ears to check whether we were still wearing them."
"Also super bonus I've never head banged with earphones this hard besides with these soundcores, they stick to me like glue even when I'm in a metal mood and I'm headbanging for a good hour."

"I even washed them accidentally and still worked perfectly fine afterwards."
"Been using them for about four years working out in my gym, and cycling daily (45+ minutes on a bicycle outdoors)."
"They last absolutely forever (I know 1980s models still in daily use)"

"Noise cancellation works great. ... I’m an attorney and need silence often when working, I will keep them in without anything playing at times because it does a great job with it."
"The R50i NC has a pretty good noise cancelling feature. it cancels out most noises, most especially the low and deep noises such as traffic. ... voices and conversations are ALMOST muted, if you're not listening to music and basically just using these as earplugs, you can still kinda hear people talk but you won't understand a lick of what theyre saying unless you're face to face. It kinda sounds like pressing a thick pillow over people's faces when they're talking. ... I like it, it works for me, especially since once you play music along with ANC, you won't be able to hear any of those little things that penetrate the ANC aside from ambulances and annoying fucking alarms playing on very loud speakers from your brother's PC"
"the transparency is amazing, which is nice for cycling on the road."

"The Pros basically lock in to your ears. ... I’ve worn mine for literally hundreds of hours working out and they’ve never fallen out once. ... I am sure that I could do cartwheels in them and they wouldn’t budge."
"sweat resistant hold via the type of rubber on the buds. ... Water/sweat proof."
"they’ve never fallen out of my ears while being active - they actually turn off when they’re almost accidentally wiggled loose after a long intense training sesh."

"The CCA trio and the Vader Balanced are similarly tuned, but both are one of the best iems under 30 usd."
"I downgraded from the meet 2 to se since I was only using 1080p and am happy with my choice! ... If you’re planning on just doing 1080p I’d save the cash and go meet se."
"JLab go sport + FTW. ... I have the same sweaty ear issue and the beats fall out of my head. ... The jlab are cheap and even they stay in. (Because they hook over your ear)"

"I’d love to be able to run in them, but they would never stay in my ears. ... I’m afraid I already have tried each pod size. ... I had the air pod pro before that and they were the same. ... I even bought extra / different size pods and they didn’t work. ... I think Apple designed them for the most common types, but they just do not fit everyone. I’m sadly one of those people. ... Having had this issue for almost 6 years, I would be reluctant to run with them now."
"The AirPods Pro always slip out after 1-2 minutes of use on the left side (for me). I'm still trying to find a solution for this. One that doesn't involve fiddling with the foam."
"I have tried a bunch of different eartips for my airpods pro, both foam and speciality combined rubber + foam and they grip pretty well. ... But I find that if the earbud has some kind of rubber ring or lip around the speaker casing they seem to stay much much better than if they just have a better replaced rubber tip. Because the whole speaker is otherwise kind of moving around inside the outer part of the ear and pulls the eartip out more and more during the day so I have to constantly readjust and push in the earbud."

"USE THE STOCK ONES, any other tip I tried outside the stock ones, really make the ANC WAY worse, by 60% I would say, and it’s not an exaggeration"
"having somewhat of a shittier ANC. ... For the use of buses or even home, don't even think about it, the ANC goes crazy with the sound of the engine and the passive noise reduction is almost non present. ... I'd rather not having headphones in the bus and actively listen to the engine than to have these headphones and having to actually listen to the engine as well + weird ANC noises + doghsit quality audio. ... this newer model somehow improves in actually nothing and somehow got an even worse ANC even though the first already barely even had at all. ... ANC: it does contain it, but it does not contain it. ... Bluetooth buds have one purpose which is having ANC, and sounding slightly good. These couldn't even deliver on that."
"they are not noise canceling"

"The worst shape for me are the Jabra Elite / Sony WF-1000XM5 style that stick out way far from your ears. ... Never understood why they are designed to be so far outside your ear. ... Like you could never wear them with a bike or motorcycle helmet."

"these didn’t last me more than two months before messing up from sweat!"
"Killed two pairs of supposedly waterproof jaybirds. ... They last awhile but sweat is undefeated when it comes to electronics."
"I've killed too many of them with sweat ... it'd be cool if they didn't break instead."
Oh no!! Yeah my Jabra Elites have been so good for about 7 years. Was thinking of upgrading soon but this is a spanner
r/trailrunning • Running headphones ->Jabra Elite here as well. I do about 1K miles/year, nearly all urban streets and nearly all with sound canceling (it’s never good enough to block all noise). Especially with electric cars, it’s about eyes and defensive running period. Ears are important, sure. But in the quiet electric era (or in cities with scooters and bikes cultures), I find myself looking way more than listening. I’ve been dense urban area running for 15+ years (think NYC and the like), and the change is real. I know the consensus is anti-sound canceling or anti-earbud and even anti-music. But I’ve run a ridiculous amount of miles over the years and music is a big part is my running. But to be fair, I chose my headphones based on battery life. Once I had a marathon go wrong and my headphones died at 3.5 hours and I limped to a 5 hour walking finish. Damn, even a touch of music might have helped the struggle. Best of luck!
r/Marathon_Training • Best running earbuds ->The best and most reliable earphones I have are the JLAB GO POP+. I've used them in extreme cold and heat, they've gone through the washer and dryer, and the charge lasts forever. They cost $25 and sound better than almost every more expensive pair I've owned. Runner up would be Jabra Elite Active series for me, but I've killed too many of them with sweat and they cost like 4x the price. To be fair, they always replace them under warranty, but it'd be cool if they didn't break instead. We need to stop pretending Shokz sound anything remotely adjacent to "good." They do not. They serve a purpose, and if that purpose serves you, great, but they do not sound objectively "good" in any sense of the concept as it relates to listening music in the real world. IOW, if you bought any other product to listen to while not running and it sounded like Shokz, you'd assume it was broken.
r/Marathon_Training • What is the most reliable brand of running headphones that sounds great and works the best for runners? Is Shockz right? ->I have also been thinking this, I'd say get anything that works. Closed Backs with ANC are probably your friend here. Also Bose is quite expensive....I have used Jabra Elites pretty good.
r/Ultramarathon • Advice for Headphones ->I've used the Jabra Elite active for years untill i lost them One of the best earbuds i've ever used!
r/Ultramarathon • Advice for Headphones ->Jabra elites are incredible. On my second pair and they've lasted at least 2 years now.
r/running • It's time for new earphones, please help with recommendations ->Jabra elite actives are awesome!
r/trailrunning • Runner friends, headphones for running that you love? ->I saw Bone conductor headphones at Costco and I need a new pair they didn't have a display so i never bought them. I mostly use earbuds in the gym. I have Jabre elites right now but they are like 4 years old and the right speaker is almost out completely Not sure how I am supposed to buy newish tech without ever trying them before.
r/AskMenOver30 • What’s a good Bluetooth headset for someone who takes a lot of calls during the day? ->I have a horrible track record with electronics, and yet mine lasted years, and they didn't die, I just lost them
r/Jabra • Jabra to EXIT consumer space in 2024 (No more Elite wireless earbuds and headphones) ->Been with various Jabra Elite Active for years. The best. So disappointed they are stopping production.
r/trailrunning • Runners, what are the best RUNNING headphones currently? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
