Tbh get a decent pair of earbuds (I like my soundcore sport x20 and jbl Aeros) headphones just get hot and sweaty, have a decent pair of earbuds and you’ll be able to perform a lot better

So I just gave some $30 jbl Active noise canceling earbuds a try that go in the ear and I still hear the noise of them wiggling around in my ear canals too much and it makes me tense up. 😣 plz let me know if you ever get the airpods and how they compare to in ear ANC

I have the JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless. I have no issues with not being able to hear my surroundings, but I also don’t live in a place with dangerous animals. I am always nervous about them falling out, but I always wear a headband and cap regardless of whether I’m wearing the earbuds or not, so it’s a moot point.

I got a super cheap pair of head phones JLab GO Sport+ for like $30. The sound quality isn't amazing and it doesn't have sound cancelling but they do not fall out and I can still hear my surrounding. I got them to replace my JBL reflect aero (which I sadly lost) which were also great. The aeros have a setting that allows you to hear your surroundings

My Elite Active 8s got destroyed and I was heartbroken. They were the best ear buds I ever had. I replaced the with JBL reflect Aero. Only had them a few days, but so far they do almost everything I want and I have a similar use case as you (though maybe slightly more music use)

I got myself JBL reflect aero a year ago. They are advertised as these headphones that are ideal for training (sweatproof). Sadly, they didn’t last long since one of the earbuds keeps dying way faster than the other one. Did the factory reset, resync, but that didn’t solve anything

That does help a lot as with the apply only features your limited to Beats or airpods. But if you just want good ANC sound and calling. You have a few options: 1: Galaxy buds pro 3 got them my self and got really good sound and calling quality and features but while the ANC is not bad at all its not the best 2:Sony WF-1000XM5 also good quality sound some say it is better than the Galaxy buds others say it isn't so hard to say for sure, as for the ANC it is for sure the best for earbuds and the Calling quality is not as good as the Galaxy buds it is not bad and everyone will be able to hear you. 3: JBL Reflect Aero TWS these are have wings just like the earbuds you have now and rhey are the cheapest but the ANC and calling quality is quite good and comes quite close to the other earbuds and the sound quality is not bad at all and even really good but a bit on the bass heavy side as is normal with JBL. Also with all these earbuds they have there own app even for IOS so you can turn on or off features and change settings and even the EQ
