I use my JBuds Flex open air clip-on style. I can't even feel they are on. Works great.

I got some JLab sports, with the pass-through audio so I can hear everything around me too. It clips over the ear so it doesn't fall off.

Anker soundcore a30i are my favorite right now. Also jlab go pop+, but they don't have the noise canceling. The anker you can find on sale for $20 pretty regularly, and they're the best buds I've ever worn for fit, clarity and noise canceling. And I have probably 30 sets including beats. I had a previous set, and one bud started buzzing. I filled a claim, answered a few questions, and they sent me a replacement set within the week. Customer services was slow to reply to email, like 24 hour responses, but still replaced easily. The next pair has been perfect. I also like the tozo and jlab open ear. And the jlab jbuds mini are the smallest in case I've ever seen, and it fits in my keychain.

I have the same issue! I found open ear headphones the best for me. I tried airpods this week and they're not bad but I have a Samsung phone so most features dont work (thats a whole nother thing) The only one that isnt open ear that I can use is an ankor soundcore a30i. I found then on tiktok shop for $9! But theyre typically more like 25ish. Tozo open ear and jlab open ear both works good for me and were under $50.

I have a pair of JLab flex open earbuds - they hug your ear like the Bose version, but much cheaper. I like that they don’t go over my ears so there’s no competition with sunglasses.

I like the JLab Flexes. Other earbuds fall out too easily, but these things hold on for dear life lol.

Jlab flex is where I'm at. Bufs fall out but these don't and look like jewelery

Have you considered clip-on earbuds or a neckband style speaker? I have the JLab Flex Open and the sound is decent for the price. I do notice them on my ears after wearing them for a bit. I also own the Sony Theater U. It has surprisingly good stereo sound but does move around a bit depending on what you are doing.

I have a pair of Shokz and a pair of those open JLAB ones that clip on the ears. The Shokz are way better sound quality and more comfortable.
