I use Jlab GO Air. They are cheap but work well. I've lost a couple pairs of them so it was stress-free that I had to replace. Good sound and they stay in ear (for me) well. This go around I am using their tones collection. May be a good pair to keep in your locker as work earbuds instead of remembering your personal ones and risking losing them.

The Jlab Go Tones are great and cheap. My kids uses them as their daily drivers and drops them (a lot). They have a built in usb-c cable for charging, long battery life, and they last.
I’m taking some of these ideas, I bought some cheap ones off of Amazon that work okay, but they are wired. I have used my JLab go plus and they work okay enough for me.
I will warn you the highest end ones we offer (epic) are more bulky than the go and jbuds. I grabbed all 3 pairs and it looks like (height wise) go is 14.5mm, jbuds is 16mm, and epic is 18mm. I found the epic sport earbuds to be too bulky to use in my helmet for skiing, not sure if motorcycling helmets have any more clearance though.
I just got a pair of the JLAB Go Air+ earbuds for $35CAD. I usually have to swap out to the smaller rubber buds when I get earbuds but these ones fit perfectly out of the box. They also have a be aware feature to let in outside noise which I like. I used them on a short run yesterday and they felt secure the whole time.
I had JLAB’s too, they failed eventually but they had the perfect profile that doesn’t get pressed into your brain when you put your helmet on. I would honestly just get them again but I haven’t found a pair that are as low-profile.
Jlab go air. $20 at target
Get the Jlab go air for $24. Best earbuds I’ve ever had.
2nding this, nothing else beats them for the price. I got em for $10 during Target sales
