I have a pair of Jabra Elite 4 from 3 years ago that is hands down the best ANC I've tried so far. But they are getting old, Jabra exited the earbud market so support is scarce (they don't seem to be recognized by their app anymore.) so I'm looking for replacements. I tried the Sony WF-XM5s and Sony WF-C710N and despite both being well reviewd I personally found the audio profile in both to not be to my liking and the ANC to be weak enough to not even really be useful. Honestly it's kind of insane to me how well reviewed the XM5s because for the money they weren't worth it IMO. I've liked JLab stuff in the past so I tried JLab JBuds Pods ANC & JLab Epic Lab Edition and while I found the audio in both to be to my taste the ANC in the JBuds wasn't very good and the Epic Lab was better but still not as good as the 3 year old Jabra. I tried the Creative Aurvana Ace 2 based on Soundguys review and while the audio was good and the ANC was ok they arrived defective and started All 5 pairs I've tried also had a case that was awkward to get the earbuds out of them. I use an Android phone so I have no desire for Apple Airpods. What other options are there out there with good ANC?
I just got the Jlab jbuds pods ANC, and I can tell you right now to keep your money. Everything about them screams cheap and rushed onto the market. Sound quality is terrible, along with the ANC with annoying app glitches. It's a shame because the fit is amazing. I'm in the process of returning them.
Count me as # 3. These are amazing, especially for the price. I recently purchased the new Jlab Jbuds Pods ANC, thinking they were going to be a competitor to the L4NC, and I was enormously disappointed. The Soundcore stomps the Jlab out in every category. I've read tons of good things about the Earfun Air Pro 4, but I have yet to purchase them. I tried at the Earfun website but they wouldn't accept my card (Walmart Visa) for some odd reason (Yes, I have plenty of money to cover these ten times over) and I refuse to let Amazon blackmail me into buying their ridiculous Prime service. Anyway, sorry about the rant, but long story short, the L4NC are astoundingly good. As a matter of fact, for the money, I think they're the best buds on the market today.
I like the JLab budget item. Jlab Go Air Pop+ or JLab Go Air ANC . They're on discount in the US for President's Day. Jlab.com has an offer code for a disc this weekend.
The Jlab Go Air Pop+, Jlab Go Air anc are pretty good for about $25.00 in the US. It is a California company. So, I don't know how the price translates. The budget Earfun like the Free 2s are good too.
The JLab Go series. They have bass, but it is not crazy. So, if they are not an audiophile, your friends would like them with classic rock or classical music. They all come with three EQ settings and the newer ones have an app.
People like the Soundcore X10 or X20. I have liked the jlab earbuds. Their sport models seem decent. The Jlab Jbuds line is their medium tier. They seem worth a bit extra for me, but the Go buds are usually a really good value for less.
Sony c 510 or JLab Jbuds or Go series. Jbuds are my medium tier and sound a bit better.
Got some JLABS go pods ANC for about 35e in the airport and really like them.
I use a pair of $29 JLab Go Pods ANC.
I dunno, maybe i’m wrong, but the Tozo NC3s seem so basic. While they are good wireless headphones for $30-40, Jlab Go Pods ANC were way better in terms of noise cancellation and customization. With JLAB, you could customize what each control does on each ear and with Tozo it seems that can’t be done? JLAB’s noise cancellation and aware modes also felt better, while TOZO seems to have absolutely no difference between all the modes they offer. Also, why are half of the Tozo NC3 features hidden behind a paywall? Does anyone have any thoughts they’d like to share about the P30Is by Anker? Is it the same way? Because I am considering returning these Tozo earbuds I got. edit: My apologies, just found the touch controls part, it was just kind of hidden! That’s a relief and it makes me like these a lot more, but the ANC still feels like it falls short compared to JLab 😞
